The coastal path is close by, as are more family friendly attractions including the island's beautiful countryside, chocolate-box villages, historic houses, and stunning coastline.

The Isle of Wight region
The Isle of Wight, with its beaches, unspoiled scenery, rich heritage and over 500 miles of award-winning public footpaths is a walker’s paradise, or if sailing is your thing, the renowned annual Cowes Week is not to be missed.
The Ryde area
The little parish of Fishbourne is situated approximately one mile from Wootton Bridge and just three miles from the picturesque seaside resort of Ryde. This friendly community is located on the banks of Wootton Creek, which is a popular mooring for yachtsmen. Visitors can also embark the Wightlink Portsmouth Ferry from here. The parish has an excellent pub, a shingle beach that can be accessed at low tide for paddling and fishing, and The Isle of Wight coastal path passes through the community. There is plenty for visitors to experience in this area, including the Isle of Wight Steam Railway, Queen Victoria's Osborne House, Quarr Abbey, Brickfields Horse Country, and Robin Hill Adventure Park. Ryde, only a short drive away, offers six miles of excellent sandy beaches and many other attractions including 10 pin bowling, an ice rink, and a superb selection of shops and restaurants.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee per week or short break.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
