The Isle of Wight region
The Isle of Wight has an enviable sunshine record. Ryde is the island's second town with plenty of shops and places to eat out at every budget level. It has a wealth of Victorian charm, a very long pier and a milesof sandy beach.
Ryde area
The Island has a festival almost every month of the year, from spring walking to autumn windsports, from Jazz divas to world class rock stars. There are plenty of family attractions and you can always find a beach with the wind on your back!
How to get there
There are two main ferry services to the Island Wightlink, and Red Funnel.

Further details outdoors: Small garden with patio, fully enclosed, a real sun trap. Two very good corner shops with long opening hours and only 5 mins walk from the railway station. On street parking is usally no problem.
Conditions
Linen is provided for the house, vistors need to bring their own beach towels. Up to 2 well behaved dogs are welcome to bring their owners. Unfortunately the house is not suitable for wheelchair users Jubilee Cottage is a non smoking propery

NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion. On booking a payment of £150 is due. This is made up of £100 deposit ( fully refundable when the key is returned and it is ascertained that there are no damages, or extra cleaning required) and £50 towards the cost of the holiday. The balance is due 1 calender month before the holiday comences. Payment by cheque please.

I just wanted to say what a lovely time we had on the Isle of Wight and the house was in the perfect spot for us to get to the centre of Ryde and the beach, and for us to have a base on the island for the week.
