Primrose Villa is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac and is comfortably furnished throughout. There are two twin bedrooms, a lounge, a kitchen/ dining room and a charming fully enclosed rear garden which has a gate leading to a footpath that goes directly to Appley beach through Appley Park.This makes the property extremely convenient for dog walkers and families with young children. There are six miles of sandy beaches at Ryde, with the Esplanade being only a few minutes walk from the property. The tide goes out a long way and leaves firm sandy beaches, which are ideal for playing beach games.
Ryde town centre is only a few minutes drive away with its wide variety of shops and supermarkets as well as the Fast-Cat ferry link and Hovercraft, which are within close proximity.

"Location fantastic , Primrose Villa awful"
