Location: Hafan is an unique modern house in the small hamlet of Cyffylliog, 4 miles from the castle town of Ruthin and a short drive from the Clocaenog forest and Llyn Brenig which offer wonderful walking, mountain biking, water sports and fishing. Superb birdwatching (red kites have now been seen!) and walking territory, friendly 'local' 2 minutes' walk away, lake and river fishing nearby make this a great location for all the family.
Accommodation: Three bedrooms (upstairs double has ensuite WC and washbasin), bathroom with separate shower cubicle (ground floor), snug TV room, spacious and bright kitchen / dining / living area, with gallery above, all designed to take advantage of unspoilt hill views. French windows give access to large deck and enclosed rear garden.
Facilities include gas central heating, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, digital radio and Sky freeview. Bedlinen is provided, gas and electricity are included in summer tariff with a seasonal supplement of £35 per week.

A beautiful area covering the land leading North from Betws Y Coed to the walled castle town of Conwy by the coast. This area offers beautiful countryside and quiet villages, not to mention all the outdoor activities like mountain biking, fishing, walking, climbing, horse riding and so much more. There are a number of high quality restaurants and cafes, and a good transport network of roads and a railway allowing quick access to Snowdonia in the South and West and the coast to the North.
