A beautiful, whitewashed cottage near Corwen with a large games groom on site and a spacious garden. There is also an enclosed paddock, where you can play football, practice your golf, or exercise your dog. You also have access from the paddock down to the River Dee. A great central location for all the attractions of North Wales including Snowdonia National Park and Llangollen, famous for its canal, steam trains and waterside walks.

Ground Floor

Open plan lounge / kitchen with exposed beams throughout. Modern, fully fitted kitchen including washing machine, fridge freezer, electric hob & oven, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen area also features a stylish breakfast bar, with 4 stools.

The cosy lounge has a brick fireplace, with an electric fire and two 2 seater settee's. TV with free view channels, DVD player and CD/Radio. The staircase at the far end of the lounge leads to the luxury bedrooms upstairs.


Luxury double bedroom, with exposed beams and en-suite shower/WC. Includes bedside tables, built in wardrobe and latch doors.

The cosy twin bedroom also has en-suite shower & WC and includes two x 3ft single beds, double wardrobe, bedside cabinet, table & chair.


Access to Rose Garden, Orchard Garden with seating areas, BBQ's, children's play area, giant draughts set and games room (details below). There is also an enclosed paddock, where you can play football, practice your golf, or exercise your dog.

This self catering property is situated at the court yard at the rear of the Country House and Corwen town is less than 1 mile. There is a great village pub The Grouse, it sells good Ales, and good pub food, with great views of the River Dee. Conveniently located on the A5 in a beautiful scenic area. A great central location for all the attractions of North Wales.

The cottage is on the edge of Snowdonia National Park. Lakes, mountains, canals, steam trains, national trust properties and castles are all on your doorstep. Within 10-15 minutes drive, you are in Llangollen; a lovely town on the river, with lots of little shops, and some fabulous restaurants. A great day out with riverside walks, canal boat rides (including Thomas Telford's Aqueduct crossing), and a ride on the old steam trains. The Roman city of Chester is also a short drive away.

Popular activities nearby include walking, climbing, white water rafting, canoeing, Go Karting, 4 x 4 driving, high ropes adventure, paint balling, fishing, and much more. The cottage is situated in an area of outstanding beauty. There is something for every one in North Wales, all year round.
