A well equipped lakeside apartment set in award winning parkland only a few minutes walk from the town square of Ruthin. This Welsh market town steeped in history, set in the vale of Clwyd, is the perfect location to explore all that North Wales has to offer. As relaxing or adventurous as you choose! Walking distance to all amenities. Ideally located to explore North Wales, Blue Flag beaches, Snowdonia National Park, Liverpool, and the City of Chester.

Today you can still hear the Welsh language, as well as English, in the bustling town square!

Double bedroom with patio doors overlooking lake and a sliding partition that opens to the lounge. Second bedroom has full-size bunk beds + 1 single with TV and en-suite bathroom. Travel cot available if needed.

Dining area and well-equipped galley kitchen with w/machine, t/dryer & small f/freezer. Lounge has Sky TV (family mix), DVD, video, wireless internet, books and films.also p.s 2 with selection of games.
The shower room off the hallway consists of shower, basin and toilet.The 2nd bedroom has ensuite bath and shower also with toilet and basin.
If you have children, the second bedroom offers private facilities such as TV, wi-fi connection and an en-suite bathroom. Parents can then open the lounge partition and enjoy Sky TV from their bed. The cosy lighting effect from the log electric fire in the lounge, together with the patio doors to the lakeside balcony, offers a romantic setting for couples with privacy from the second bedroom occupants.

The lounge has 1 double settee and 2 single cosy chairs. Also, for additional seating, there are2 upholstered backless tools with cushions against the wall.

The property is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and overlooks a lake and parkland.

Parking is 2 yards from apartment entrance. There is no traffic of people or cars so vehicles are relatively secured. For guests who bring bicycles, we have a lockable garage for storage if required.

There is a bench located at the entrance of the apartment.

The balcony has 2 padded chairs and a low table with 3 stools. The balcony wall is 3' high and 2' wide; it is difficult for toddlers to scale so we strongly recommend supervision.

We have a ramp available for wheel chair users. There are no inside steps. No additional disabled alterations have been made.

“Great value, great location” Ruthin is small but very well featured. It is marvellously located for great walking and cycling which is precisely what we did, superb views everywhere.There were enough pubs, tea rooms and restaurants to not repeat them. On the one wet day we had we drove for less than an hour to reach one of the many 'touristy' places nearby. A super little town in a fantastic location for outdoor people. “Excellent Apatrment” We stayed her with 2 adults and 3 children.The apartment was very clean and was well equipped, the local park is only 5mins walk and Ruthin is located well to vist most of North Wales.We will recommend to family and friends. “A wonderful gem of an apartment” We loved the apartment. It was cosy, and very well equipped and laid out, making excellent use of available space. The setting was idyllic, overlooking a lake with an island, and at this time of year, full of baby ducklings, moorhens, and cygnets with their parents. Beyond the lake was a lovely park, which was well used. We stayed in Ruthin to do part of the Offa's Dyke walk, but we would happily return, to stay in the area and explore. “Cosy, clean and comfortable” Thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at the apartment. Lovely town of Ruthin short walk away with some nice independent shops and farmers market on Saturday. Park, tennis courts and driving range all very close. Playstation very useful for teenagers. Ducks swimming past the balcony window daily. Lovely and relaxing place to stay. Would happily return. “Excellent find !!” Excellent little find...spotlessley clean, very well equipped..Lovely view from bedside balcony, owner is very helpful, even left milk and beer in the fridge for our arrival !!! “Good quiet location for a holiday in North Wales” The apartment is nicely located in Ruthin and very covenient to the town and its facilities. It was clean and well prepared for us on entry. We liked the outlook from the living room area to the lake and park beyond. The owners were attentive and helpful. Perhaps a minor crticism would be that car parking for more than one car is a bit of a problem, but this is due to the nature of the access. Response: We thank you for your comments ,we find that generally as we accomodate up to five, most customers arrive in one car however if more than one is required we can accommodate a second car within 30 yards of the property.We ask that you inform us prior to your arrival.Many Thanks/Diolch yn fawr

“Simply the best!” The flat is well appointed and has everything that you need for a comfortable stay. It was excellent for my disabled mother as it is all on the ground flloor and parking is available right outside the door.It's within walking distance of the centre of town and a sizeable Tesco store. Ruthin is well situated to strike into the hills of North Wales or the coastal resorts. We had a lovely week, revisiting places from old family holidays.
