Built on the site of an old corn mill, this charming cottage is a cosy modern mid-terraced property set in the popular village of Ruswarp and just one and a half miles from Whitby. With bright, sunny rooms, a galley style kitchen and cosy sitting room with gas fire, the cottage has plenty of charm. There is also a small front terrace, on which visitors can enjoy an evening meal or just spend a relaxing day in the sun. There are plenty of local amenities and activities close by, including the village pub, local shop and a butchers as well as a nine-hole golf course and a miniature steam railway.

Just two miles inland from the seaside resort of Whitby and the Yorkshire Coast is the quiet little North York Moors village of Ruswarp. As well as a nine-hole golf course, this quaint little place also enjoys the use of a village pub and shop as well as both sea and river fishing facilities. The river which runs through town provides excellent opportunities for a boat ride, or just a few minutes away is the local miniature steam railway. With so much to do in the area, this is an excellent base for those looking to enjoy the Yorkshire Coast.
