About the home

Our 2008 newly renovated 55sqm 3*** apartment (certified by the German Tourism Association) is located in one of the most beautiful yet exciting regions of Germany.

The apartment has its own separate entrance, is decorated in a modern style and has its own kitchen.

We are located 3 minutes from Rust, where Europe's most beautiful and Germany's largest and no 1 theme park is located. www.europapark.de

The world famous Black Forest known for its cuckoo clock is reached in 30 min by car. During the wintertime, this offers also an excellent opportunity for skiing and snowboarding.

There are 4 rooms in the apartment. An entrance area, bathroom, bedroom/living area and kitchen. A stockbed is in a separate room. The bathroom is big and has a bathtub. The bedroom/living area is comfy and decorated with love. The kitchen has everything you need including an oven, microwave and a dish-washer.

One of our strengths is the breakfast we serve with fresh German baps, own farm products, organic apple juice, original German sausage products and much more . It will be served in our very own small comfy hunting lodge.

We also have 2 special children beds for children till age 4 or 5, 1 highchair and toys to play.

Expect a perfectly clean apartment. We take pride in excellence.

We offer a Basketball court in the backyard with one basket, a table-tennis table, a grill area with grill under a beautiful wooden pergola, rabbits to pet, bikes for cheap rent, an small organized hiking tour in the Black Forest and boat tours in one of Germany's largest Natural Resorts along the Rhine River.

Our neighbourhood and street are both peaceful and quiet. The property offers lots of room for children to play in a large backyard.

The Baden-Wurttemberg / Schwarzwald/Black Forest region

You will stay in the Rhine-Valley, just 5 min from France. There are several large & interesting cities in close proximity.

The south-west is known to be the place with the most sun in Germany and Germany's economic powerhouse.

Already 30 min from the property you will enter the nearby Black Forest Region.

The Rust, Schwarzwald/Black Forest / Europa Park area

Large cities in close proximity are Germany's No 1 city for renewable energy Freiburg and Strasbourg in France, where the European Parliament is located. But even cities like Stuttgart with the headquarters of Mercedes Benz and Porsche are just 1 1/2 hours away.

The regions most exciting destination is the Europa Park in Rust (3 min away). It is Europe's largest theme park and has some of the world's highest and most famous roller coasters. But it is also considered a family park with great rides for young kids. www.europapark.de.

In town, we have another small family park called "Funny-World". www.funny-world.de

The Black Forest is known for its Cuckoo-Clocks and large dark pine trees. In the winter time, it is a well known ski resort. The Europa-Park also has Winter-months and one hour from our house you can visit a beautiful thermal bath from Roman times.
