Crossing Row Cottage is a semi-detached cottage in the village of Wiggenhall St Mary Magdalen, close to King's Lynn. This cottage sleeps seven people in four bedrooms, consisting of two doubles, one of which has an additional folding bed and two single rooms, as well as a ground floor bathroom with roll-top bath. The cottage also has a kitchen with breakfast area, a dining room and a sitting room with open fire. Outside there is off road parking for three cars and a rear, enclosed courtyard garden with patio and furniture. Crossing Row Cottage is a welcoming holiday home for families who wish to explore seaside villages, market towns and a number of other tourist attractions from a rural base.

Fuel, power and starter pack for open fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Rear enclosed courtyard garden with patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 10 mins walk. Note: Due to two steep staircases, this cottage isn't suitable for the elderly and children aged 7 and under (excluding babes in arms). Note: There is an interconnecting door between the holiday accommodation and the owner's home, which will remain bolted shut.
