Overlooking the hills of Chianti, stands the Tuscan farmhouse that welcomes its visitors to enjoy the Italian agritourism at its best. The old manor house, main building of farm estate, has been renovated to accommodate in modern facilities while maintaining its original features and homey atmosphere.
Surrounded by a private garden that expands to vast vineyards and leafy hills filled with olive trees, it rejuvenates from city life. The farmhouse can be divided into 3 separate rooms and 3 apartments, each with its own feel.
Zeffera Suite apartment has a separate entrance on the ground floor and thus is accessible for people with limited mobility. A double bedroom is complimented with a private bathroom and extends to a living room with a kitchenette.

Paleo room - located on the first floor, it is the cosiest and most romantic of them all. Features include a private bathroom, mini bar, TV and WIFI.
Bistino room characteristics are wooden beams on ceiling and large windows opening up to panoramic landscape views. With its own bathroom, TV, WIFI and a mini bar, it can as well include a third bed upon request.
Cincio room reflects Bistino room in all its comforts and can as well accommodate a family with a child.
Fiore Suite apartment - converted from a barn, now it is arguable the most beautiful and special in the whole complex. This independent apartment is set on two levels with a very spacious bathroom, a double bed and two comfortable sofa beds. Its kitchenette is not lacking a fridge, stove and all necessary utensils. The diamond in the crown is the private terrace that you can access with stone staircase to enjoy sunshine with a good book.
Rubino Suite apartment is ideal for families with children as it can accommodate four beds and still have a possibility to add an extra bed. Located in the main building, it has its kitchenette and private bathroom among other facilities.
The estate is spacious for everyone to feel comfortable whether you are relaxing in your own area, having breakfast in the common living space with an antique kitchen with wood stove, walking among olive trees in the garden or refreshing yourself in the swimming pool.

The Tuscany region
The farmhouse is located in the region of Chianti Rufina, near Florence. Rufina is located in the centre of the Tuscan territory, so it is easy to reach Florence, Prato, Arezzo and many other cities of art in Tuscany by car or train. It is eas to organise day trips to explore the nearby cities that each have historical, cultural and gastronomical sites to capture your attention and make your holidays memorable.
If you have decided to visit Tuscany to taste typical dishes from its culinary tradition, you can book delicious Tuscan dinners organized through Agriturismo Il Pezzatino. The best Tuscan cuisine, cooked in the antique wood oven and served in the farm's charming communal room.
The recipes for cooking Ribollita, Panzanella, Bistecca alla Fiorentina, Crostini are not only to be found in cookbooks. On reservation, you can sample them in the large communal room of Il Pezzatino, fully equipped to serve up a feast for you and all your friends. How best to season and enrich the recipes? With Chianti Rufina wine and extra virgin olive oil from the Farmhouse Le Lecciole.
Day trips can also be easily arranged to Siena and San Gimignano, the towered city that is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. If you love folklore and want to immerse yourself in the most typical manifestation of Tuscany, visit Siena during the Palio (2nd July and 16th August), the horse race between the “Contrade” held in Piazza del Campo since 1260.
Closer to the Tyrrhenian coast is Lucca with its walls (4 kilometres) still intact and the square formed by the route of the ancient Roman amphitheatre.
A few kilometres from Lucca is its historic rival Pisa, famous for the Piazza dei Miracoli (“Square of Miracles”) and the Leaning Tower.
Lovers of Etruscan archaeology and history can visit Volterra and Cortona, both of which grew in a panoramic position on the ruins of the ancient Tyrrhenian civilization. And to deepen the knowledge of the Etruscan people, as well as a nice walk through the old town, it is also recommended to visit the Archaeological Park and Museum of Cortona.
The Natural Park of the Casentino Forests is worth a visit, or even better a long walk. It is a vast protected area with woods and forests among the best preserved in Italy and with fauna that includes wolves and golden eagles. Inside the park you'll also find Camaldoli and La Verna, important centres of Christian spirituality.
