Our house is a modern house with completely newly-renovated 12 rooms, en suite bathrooms, Internet WLAN and SAT-TV. Over 3 floors we provide comfortable space for big groups, a 50 m² meeting room, 2 kitchens, 4 terraces, 2 balconies and over 22.600 sq ft area with a huge garden and a small river.
It’s a unique house for its capacity to accommodate up to 32 guests, ideal for all kind of groups, family, seminars and company meetings.
You can visit different important cities and historic villages closeby or just relax and enjoy the breeze at one of our four terraces, hearing the river that cross the immense garden. The pure air coming from the biggest green area in Germany will certainly spoil your senses. The calming views from every room will constantly remind you that you are in a nature protected area.

Our house is located in a nature protected area, in a historic village (almost 1000 years old) named Ruckersfeld, at the foot of the Rothaargebirge.
The “Rothaargebirge” is a big nature park with more then 500 km marked biking and walking routes. A very famous walking route (42 km) starts in Ruckersfeld. Besides this, nearly all kind of sports and activities in the surrounding area are available.
