Tertral is an ideal house for couples and families looking for private , quiet space indoor and out. The location is a fantastic rural, countryside holiday with lovely views and large private gardens. The private patio and bbq area is ideal for eating al fresco. There is lots of space for parking and lots of lawn space for kicking a ball around or flying a kite. This is a home perfect for a quiet and private holiday, yet close to all the tourist attractions in Brittany and Normandy.

The Brittany / Ille-et-Vilaine region
Brittany is one of the most vibrant and diverse areas in France. We are also very close to the borders of Normandy and so Le Mont St Michel is not far away.
The house at Tertral is only 30 minutes away from the beach and port town of St Malo, the old victorian beach town of Dinard and the medieval town of Dinan with its canals. The popular town of Dol-De-Bretagne is only 10 minutes away and Combourg is a 20 minute drive. The pretty seaside town of Cancale is only a 20 minute drive away along the old coastal road which can easily be reache from the lanes leading from the house. Just the drive is worth it, following the bay around the coast, stopping off fo Moules and Frites at the roadside or waiting and eating at tha various seafood restaurants in Cancale. There are lots of gardens to visit and a waterpark.Dol-de-Bretagne has a swimming pool and the general area is ideal for walking and cycling.
Roz Sur Couesnon area
The house is nestled between the 2 very charming villages of Roz Sur Couesnon and St Marcan. Roz is only a couple of klms away has has a bread shop ( shut on Mondays) a bar and grocery store ( bread sold on Mondays ) a butchers and a hairdressers;. St Marcan has an English pub where you can get a pint and a snack. Every year each of the surrounding villages has a carboot and a music festival.

Further details indoors: The house is on one level and comprises of an open plan living area, with fully equipped modern style kitchen, dining area with table, chairs and a dresser. The kitchen has doors leading to the private driveway and onto the gardens and have lovely views over the surrounding countryside and woodlands.From the kitchen/dining area there is a small lobby area which leads into a large double bedroom a twin bedroom and a shower room.
All the rooms have lovely views of the green countryside and woodlands that surround this location.
Further along from the lobby area is a lounge/TV space with two large , comfortable couches , a coffee table and a large TV with dvd/video player. The TV also has Sky Digi Box and a large selection of films. Double doors lead out onto the patio area with table and chairs and onto the large private garden area with views over the surrounding countryside.
Further details outdoors: The Gardens surround the house on 3 sides and there is a walkway that goes right around the property. The house can be reached along a long country lane, dotted with houses, a riding stables and lots of chickens etc. Off the lane you turn into a private driveway which gently descends into a parking area. This is a very safe and quiet location ideal for walks and cycling.

Conditions
A £100 security deposit against damages is required and will be returned within two weeks of departure. 40 units of electric is included in the price, for each week after that a charge of 0.15 cents is made. During the summer guests rarely use more than the allocated 40 units.
