This quiet two bedroomed townhouse overlooks the tenth tee with a panoramic view of the world renowned golf course and the magnificent Caribbean Sea beyond.

On the first floor is situated the tastefully decorated living and dining room which includes a fully fitted open plan kitchen, is equipped with ceiling fans and opens on to a large terrace which benefits from exceptional views.

Located on the ground floor are the two air-conditioned bedrooms, both en suite with walk in dressing and storage ares. Both bedrooms have a sitting area and large French doors which open on to a private patio and garden. One is furnished with a kingsize bed and the other is twinbedded.

Royal Westmoreland is renowned for its world-class 18 hole championship golf course - a 6,870 yard par 72 course of unrivalled beauty with views of the Caribbean Sea from every hole. At the heart of the golf course stands the elegant, colonial style Clubhouse with amazing views over the fairways and ocean beyond. The Clubhouse provides restaurant/bar facilities together with the golf pro-shop.

As a guest at Royal Westmoreland you have full access to The Sanctuary, the social centre of the Royal Westmoreland Estate. Whether you're in need of a strenuous workout or a drink at the poolside bar, you’ll find The Sanctuary a place of welcome refuge with its outdoor and children’s pools, Jacuzzi, and superb gymnasium. During the high season The Sanctuary Café is open from 9:30am until 4:00pm and offers a daily menu, beers and soft drinks. Other activities include the Tennis Academy and Kidz Club - a fun club providing a supervised programme for four to twelve year olds.

The Royal Westmoreland Beach Club is exclusively for Royal Westmoreland members and villa renters to be able to enjoy a day at the beach but not necessarily on the beach. It features reserved car parking, a shuttle from the estate to the beach, a safe swim area, beach shower, private toilet, private deck, complimentary towel, luxury sunbeds with thick blue cushions, umbrellas, and on-beach service for drinks, food and refreshing cold towels. Over the road from Mullins Beach is the Indulgence Spa offering a wide variety of therapies.
