Both areas are extensively landscaped and include lakes, mature trees and plants which are maintained to an extremely high standard. The property overlooks the lake and garden areas and has panoramic, Caribbean sea views of the West coast with superb evening sunsets. The house is conveniently located just 5 minutes drive from many idyllic beaches and restaurants, not forgetting the tax free shopping.

The house itself has a large, West facing, partially covered terrace area ideal for barbeques and is accessed via the floor to ceiling French doors of the open-plan living area. Dining and soft seating areas are located on this terrace where panoramic views of the Caribbean sea can be enjoyed,together with stunning sunsets. There is also an East facing "Juliet" balcony from where beautiful sunrises can be enjoyed.
The property is is ideally situated within Forest Hills; a quiet, peaceful and tranquil area of the Royal Westmoreland Golf and Country Club.

Holetown has many facilities and is only a 5 minute drive away. It has a supermarket, banks, post office, petrol station, chemist, medical centre, estate agents, wine merchant, Chattel House Village shops, the new Lime Grove Shopping precinct including many designer shops, restaurants and takeaways.
Restaurants ranging from formal up market to extremely casual are conveniently located on or near the West coast beaches which are only a 5 minute drive away.

The Royal Westmoreland Golf Resort / Forest Hills area

Royal Westmoreland's world-class, 18-hole championship golf course was designed by Robert Trent Jones Junior. The course, together with the Clubhouse, restaurant and golf pro shop are for the exclusive use of members, their guests and property renters. The clubhouse has magnificent views over the course towards the Caribbean sea.
Other courses are nearby; Sandy Lane (10 minutes drive) and Barbados Golf Club at Durants (30 minutes drive) and Apes Hill (10 minutes drive)
Barbados has many tourist attractions including the Andromeda Gardens and Flower Forest, Harrisons Caves and historic houses as well as nautical interests such as kayaking, jet skis, snorkeling, deep sea fishing, glass bottomed boats, catamaran cruising, swimming with turtles and submarine excursions. Barbados is served by Grantley Adams International airport which receives many direct flight connections. It is a 40 minute drive away and taxis are readily available and do not need to be pre-booked.
(Hire cars are recommended for getting out and about when staying at Royal Westmoreland).
