Excellent location in Edinburgh's historic Royal Mile - ideal for vacation, short breaks, festivals or business stays. No car needed, but if you are driving, there are 24hour parking facilities available in the city centre.

This recently refurbished bright modern 3 bedroom second floor apartment on the Royal Mile it is within easy walking distance of all major tourist attractions. Only 200 metres to the Scottish Parliament, Palace of Holyrood (The Queens official Scottish residence) and Dynamic Earth, you are perfectly situated for some of Edinburgh's finest visitor attractions including Edinburgh Castle, St Giles Cathedral, Scott Monument, numerous galleries and museums.

The sunny balcony has a spectacular view to Salisbury Crags with Dynamic Earth visitor centre in the foreground.

Less than 15 minutes stroll to Edinburgh Waverley train station and Princes Street.

There is no shortage of eating places with many nearby restaurants and bars. There are also several local shops where you can find your daily provisions if you wish to eat in the apartment.
