"Perfect base for a few days in Edinburgh"
Great apartment in a quiet part of Edinburgh, just a 10-15 minute walk from the main attractions and a Tesco Express within a few hundred metres that was handy for stocking up on provisions.
Everything you could need for a short break was provided and Shahid was very quick to fix a minor problem we had with the heating, calling round within a couple of hours of us contacting him despite it being New Years Eve.
If you are a light sleeper you may find the early morning noise from the rear of the neighbouring hotel disturbing (occasional lorry reversing) but we were able to turn over and go back to sleep.
Overall, the perfect base for a few days in Edinburgh, with a view of Arthurs Seat visible from the lounge window.

Stayed here with 2 friends to run the marathon. Location was spot on !!
The apartment was easy to find as we drove up from the midlands. Good parking spot too near the door.
The apartment itself was very clean and tidy. Great facilities too, so much nicer than staying in a hotel.
Would and have highly recommend to friends & family & would definitely stay again.

"Quality pad in good location"
Excellent accommodation. High quality fittings and furnishings. Dedicated parking space a real bonus. Just off the Royal Mile with shops and restaurants. Accessible for disabled with wide doorways. A second key made it a good place from which to work.

"Perfect base for 2 couples, warm and comfortable, location stunning."
Great stay in warm comfortable classy flat. Ideal base for exploring Edinburgh on foot. Taxis right outside for trips further afield. Tesco just up the road and loads of good places to eat and drink in the area. Secure parking bays much appreciated. Would definitely stay again.

I visited with friends and we were delighted with our rental about a five minute walk from the Royal Mile and 10 minutes to Waverley train station. Therefore a great central location for both sightseeing and shopping. The Apartment is well presented and the owner was very responsive to any queries we had.
