In the grounds of Gwern Borter Manor,1 bedroom cottage with spiral staircase leading to the open plan gallery double bedroom. The cottage is well equiped with everything you could need, with sky freeview TV/DVD with CD player. Out side is a peacfull sitting area in our herb garden. Stables is one of 8 cottages sitting in 10 acres of grounds and gardens which includes our large pond with morhens, ducks, geese, also our goats and llamas. Just 3 miles from the medieval walled town of Conwy with its imposing caste, harbour, marina and sandy beaches. We also have a laundry. Just had new carpets and refurbished kitchen area.

Just sit relax and enjoy the enviroment either here at the Manor, in the local countryside or on the beach. This is truely a wonderfull area, very central for all the attractions and activities. A great area for walking. Pet friendly by arrangement separate charge on arrival of £15.

As we have not charged a damage waver deposit a debit or credit card number will be taken on arrival.

nights so if you want to differ from this ask for a quote, the daily rate will be reduced if you want more than 3, and slightly more for just 2 nights. For other than a week or 3 nights please ask for a quote.

Large ornamental garden part of a garden sceme occationally open to the public, another garden dedicated to medicinal herbs. All cottages have rustic furnature outside and you can help yourself to a portable BBQ

The North Wales region

Conwy is a medieval town with its Edwarian Casle built by Edward 1 to subdue the rebelious Welsh in the 13th century.

We are on the northern edge of the Snowdonia National Park which gives us less rain than deep in the higher mountains, some wonderfull lakes to see, lots of mines, Castles, Stately homes which will give you a flavour of the rich aristocratic history of North Wales.

Great beaches Conwy Harbour and Marina.

Rowen

Famous for its historical and architectural heritage, the town of Conwy has become a World Heritage Site.

Conwy has a river festival, food festival, honey fair and seed fair.

Canoeing, rock climbing, sea fishing trips, trout fishing, walkers paradise, golf clubs, tree top adventures.
