In the small village of Matohanci, just near the Limfjords, you can find this estate belonging to the family Matohanaca. The estate consists of a cosy konoba (which is sometimes visited be small groups wishing to enjoy local produce and delicacies), the family house, two separate rooms and the recently renovated stone house “Gloria”.
The house: approx. 120m² spread out over 3 floors, on the ground floor a large living room/kitchen with a dining area and sitting area, twopersons bedroom, bath/toilet. On the first floor you can find a twopersons bedroom and a shower/toilet, whilst in the attic there is one more double bedroom.
Kitchen: Kitchen with cooker, fridge free, coffee pots, awn and dining table for six people. Utility Room: Washing machine and ironing board. Living Rooms: Three - seat sofa, open fireplace, TV satellite, DVD player with home cinema and air condition. Other: The house is the private, self-contained, half of a small ’agriturismo’ so guests may therefore enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner in the restaurants next door. Is also possible to taste a typical Istrian wine in the cellar. All bed linen and bath, hand towels are included. The property is cleaned before guests arrive. Cleaning equipment is available.

Rovinj / Matohanci area

The town has a rich history, as well as interesting architectural buildings, beautiful natural resources and industrious people who are certainly worth a visit. Rovinj is also one of the most famous tourist centres in Istria and Croatia, that is attended by many foreign and domestic guests.
The village Matohanci is 3 km from the Lim Fiord, where you could taste different sorts of mussels and fish. There is a church of Sv. Martin, patron of Matohanci, on the hill overlooking the village.
