About the home

Romantic gateway, best suited for a couple! Situated in the old town of Rovinj, which is one of the most beautiful coastal towns in Croatia, this studio has the most stunning view!

Old cobbled stone streets lead you from the centre of the town (which is 50 m away) up toward the Trevisol street. Near by is a restaurant "Mali Raj", Pizzeria, convenient store, beach. If you go further up, you will get to the top of the city where sits baroque church of St Euphemia (Fuma). From that point, you can go to many new destinations, but , don't forget your camera!!

Than, you will be back in your holiday home, watching boats, seagulls, sunset and think; this is vacation I deserve and... enjoy!!

"Studio Trevisol" is a cozy , newly renovated place that was owned , as a summer home, by my family for over 40 years. Now it is in the hands of my husband and me and we want to share it with you. It has everything you need for a comfortable vacation. Pictures speak for themselves!!

We have a designated person to welcome you, show you all you need to know, help you with your stay. In the studio you will find maps, brochures and information about Rovinj, restaurants, point of interest!

If you are arriving by plane, train or ship (it is good idea to fly to Venice and take a ship to Rovinj), we can arrange pick up at the connecting point to Rovinj, which is at your expense.
Fixed and hourly service fees are available at the request and at the property. Late arrival , or early departure is a subject for an extra fee of 15 E .

Conditions

A well behaved, small (neutered or spayed) dog is welcome. One time surcharge of 45 EUR for extra cleaning applies

The Istria region

The Istrian peninsula is located at the very high point of the Mediterranean sea. It boasts sizeable number of well preserved natural attractions and picturesque landscapes, not only at it's coastal part, but particularly in its hinterland (Motovun, Groznjan, Pazin, Hum). It is famous by the national park Brijuni www.brijuni.hr , and towns like Pula with its Roman Arena (built in 1st century). Porec is also place to visit for it's Basilica Eufrazijana and great nightlife.

Istria is proud for its food (Fuzi ,Truffles) and vine (Istarska Malvazija).

“Superb view, great location” The apartment is ideal for those who prefer to be right in the historical center of Rovinj, and also for those, who like to spend some time at the apartment with reading, resting: while you take your break, you can see the sea right from your bed! The photos here are not magnified or photoshopped - you are really having this view. The owner was very flexible, and provided very detailed information. Should I visit Rovinj again, I would definitely book this apartment. Response: Thank you for a great review. “Perfect!” This is an absolutely fantastic apartment. It was definitely worth every penny to wake up to the spectacular view every morning. The location could not be any better. It is in the perfect location for lots of very nice restaurants and it's very close to the rocks for a sunbathe or a swim. The apartment has everything you need for a long or short stay, and the owner and agency were very helpful before and during the trip. It was the perfect size for two of us for our 10 day stay in Rovinj. The bed was very comfortable too! The stairs up to the apartment are very steep so i wouldnt recommend it for anyone who may have an issue with that. But they didnt cause a problem for us. The neighbour was also very lovely, she came out to turn the hall lights on for us if she saw us coming in in the evenings. We will definitely be recommending this apartment to all of our friends and family, and we hope to come back one day.

“Perfect location” The two of us stayed here for a couple of days. It's one of the best locations I think near the town centre and with an amazing view. A lot of seagulls will be your alternative alarmclock:) It's just great to enjoy late evenings in Rovinj and know your place is just around the corner. We've stayed in Rovinj many times before but this is the best so far. The room isn't very big but trust me you won't be spending too much time in it anyway. Staying with 4, I think, would be a bit much though. The entrance to the room is not meant for the elderly, bit steep and coming from a (sometimes) bit filthy alley. Oh yes, wi-fi would be nice... Details details, all-in-all just fine!

“Perfect location for an Itrian home-base” The location was right in the heart of old-town but the entrance was tucked off a narrow alley where locals lived so it did not feel touristy at all. Best of all were the french doors opening to unobstructed sea views. We initially were going to stay 1-2 nights but decided to stay 4 nights total due to the great location, fantastic room and views, and affordable pricing! Response: Thank you for this great review.
