The house is set over three floors, its light and airy has a modern interior but still retaining its beamed ceilings and homely charm.
Two bedrooms each with a double bed. Theres a modern shower room and fully equipped kitchen with comfortable dining for four.
A panoramic top floor lounge provides breathtaking views across the rooftops and out to the marina and the islands beyond.

The Istria region
If you love fresh food and good wine then Istria is for you. There are many super restaurants specialising in good fresh local produce, fish and pork. The Istrian coastline and islands make for a sailing enthusiast paradise. Beautiful clear waters great for swimming, fishing and diving.
Yachting enthusiast that wish to charter their own boat can charter a yacht on a ‘bareboat’ basis or you can pay for the services of a local captain for a ‘skippered’ boat.
Take a 2-3 hour hydrofoil trip from Rovinj and spend the day in the beautiful city of Venice, visit St.Mark’s Square and walk across the Academia Bridge, enjoy the many historic buildings adorned with renaissance architecture.
Rovinj / Centener area
Rovinj is a modern, cosmopolitan resort, still full of character with its traditional Isrian stone buildings and cobbled lanes. An unspoilt traditional fishing port where the ‘morning catch will become your evening menu’ this can be experienced in any of the fine restaurants that line the harbour.
An abundance of morning fresh seasonal vegetables, fruit, local cheese and wine are available daily from the market stalls in the town centre. The Cathedral of St. Euphemia built in 1736 dominates the town from its hill-top location and can be reached by a meandering stroll through the old town.
Rovinj has been a popular artists retreat since the 1950’s who’s studios fill the Ulica Grisia.The ‘artists street’ is taken over by those that wish to show their ‘works of art’ during the mid-August open air art show.
How to get there
Ryanair - Stansted to Pula 35km transfer time by car 30 minutes. Its also possible to catch a bus or taxi.
Ryanair - Stansted to Trieste 95km transfer time 2 hrs by car.
Easyjet - Luton to Venice (Marco Polo) transfer time by car 2.5 hrs. Daily boat service in summer from Venice direct to Rovinj (see Venezia Lines for details)
Easyjet - Bristol or Luton to Rijeka transfer time 1.5hrs by car (see Easyjet web site for flight availability)
Charter flights from all major Uk airports to Pula during the summer months (see Thomson & Monarch)
