The apartment is on the first floor and is approximately 250 years old. We have painstakingly renovated it over the last 3 years to an incredibly high standard of finish, retaining as much of the character stonework and original flooring as we could, whilst fitting stunning bathrooms and kitchen, with all modern conveniences you would expect.
The apartment could not be better placed in the heart of old town Rovinj, with views over the harbour from the sunny terrace. The stunning artists' street of Grisia is a stones throw away, and the many lovely fishing restaurants and gelateria of Rovinj are all within 2 minutes walk away. The Istria region
Istria was, until relatively recently, part of Italy, and shares many characteristics with Tuscany and Umbria. Rovinj is perhaps the most attractive town in Istria with its charming fishing port, and artisan quarter. Istria is situated on a peninsula and is the northernmost tourist region in Croatia. Its appeal is a combination of an attractive coast and green interior.
