Home description
In a typical Venetian home, three romantic apartments large (70 sq.m) and all sea view, located in the most important street of the old town, walking zone. All is near: beach, shops, market, restaurants, internet point, museum, aquarium, and casino. 10 bicycles free.
The first floor (4 persons and a baby) has a large terrace (30mq) with flowers to dinner and relax, two double bedrooms. The 2nd (4/6) two double bedrooms, a large living room, two bathrooms, and a small stone balcony with a splendid sea view. The third floor (4/6) is a big loft, ethnic style. Ceiling fan, safe, TV sat, towels, bed linen. Garage on request.

The Istria region
Istria is a unique ancient land, the biggest peninsula in the Croatian area of the Adriatic Sea, lapped by the sea of the Kvarner Bay on the eastern side and of the Trieste Bay on the western side.
This attractive Mediterranean region represents the harmony between the differences of two ambiences: the coast and the interior with its medieval inheritance and numerous excursion points
Istria is characterised by a special form of the Mediterranean climate for its geographical latitude: the summers are not too hot and winters are somewhat cold. The picturesque coasts is 540 km long: numerous promontories, pebble coves and beaches washed by the clean sea
Rovinj area
Rovinj is a colourful town dominated by the church of Saint Euphemia (18th century,) On the top of the bell tower the statue of St. Euphemia has been showing the weather prospect to her fishermen for more than three centuries. The town is very rich in cultural heritage and is also a meeting point of many painters (in the summer there is the popular exhibition open-air Grisia).
In August there is also a Rovinj Feast (for three days) with fantastic fireworks. All the Rovinj coasts and the surrounding 22 islands are a protected natural heritage. There many different ways of passing the time: to dawn on the clear sea, to chose a traditional lunch at a local restaurant, to horse-riding along the nearby woods, a fisherman's picnic, dance ...and also a glass of Istrian wine!

Hello again Tiziana,
Just a short note to tell you we had a very good holiday in Rovinj.
The apartment is in a fantastic location, so near to everything. It was wonderful not to need a car during our stay. Our children had great independence because of this.
It was great to have the bikes. We used them every day to cycle to Punta Corrente and beyond.
The food was lovely, the weather was beautiful and we were very happy with our first trip to Croatia.
