Le Clos du Papoune is a very comfortable holiday rental in Nyons with up to 6 sleepings. This holiday rental in the Drôme provencale is equipped with a private heated pool, free Internet/wifi, barbecue and television (including English providers).

While there is not a nice view on the mountains or a rural area from the holiday rental, thanks to its ideal situation you will be able to enjoy the commodities of the village of Nyons (Drôme - Provence), while still having your full privacy and staying in a very calm area of Nyons. Indeed, this holiday rental in the Drôme Provencale is situated in a very calm dead end street at 200 m of the coöperative of Nyons just behind the cemetery (the back of the building and the cemetery is partially visible from some terraces, but not from the pool area).

The garden of the holiday rental is completely enclosed, thereby further ensuring your privacy and prohibiting any view from the street into the house or the garden. Next to the holiday rental there is a safe parkingplace for your car. All in all, perfect conditions for splendid holidays in the Provence !

The comfortable house for rent is fully equiped with eg. a fire place in the living room, a fully equiped kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, ...). A washing machine is also freely available. Throughout the holiday rental as well as the garden, there is free Wifi. Part of the terras is covered and a barbecue is present.

An outside shower allows a refreshing rinse, without the need to enter the house. On the second terrace under the pine trees, the hammac is the perfect place for reading your favourite book or a relaxing nap.

Dear Sir, I am terribly and sincerely sorry you did not like your stay. The presence of the cooperative was indicated in the description of our house, because our motto is to be as transparent as possible. We are sorry to read this was not clear enough and will look into the different descriptions to see if further modifications are necessary. Other guests have never complained before about noise coming from the cooperative, nor have we had any problems ourselves before. The bin man, however, does indeed come once a week around 4 in the morning. A fan is available in the house, stored in the closet in the entrance. We chose this place to make sure it would be found, because most people seem to use this closet. Sorry to read you did not find it nor tried to ask us for it during your stay. We asked the key owner to bring you back the deposit on friday, because it was our understanding that you wanted to leave very early on saturday morning. Otherwise, she would have come - as usually - just on saturday at 10 o' clock for the regular check out time. It is good to know that milk, bread and water would be appreciated as content for a welcome basket. We did put water before, in the fridge, but stopped doing that because it was not appreciated. We will take your suggestions into account in future and maybe change the content of our current welcome basket. Sorry also for the misunderstanding regarding an air-conditioning. There has never been any air-conditioning in the house and we never indicated so. We just said that we were in the process of installing one and hope it will be ready for next season. Please rest assured that we consider all our guests as equally important and try to accommodate everybody as much as possible. Kindest regards, Els

How do damage deposits work?
