The Brighton and Hove region

Brighton and Hove is a cultural city bursting full of colourful characters, independent shops, quirky cafes and vibrant pubs. From the famous pebbled beach to the enchanting Brighton Lanes, there is so much to see and do.

If you're a food fanatic you can't go wrong with Brighton. The rich culture that surrounds the city ripples into the food, music and arts making it a brilliantly vibrant destination to discover. Along with a varied culture there's also a rich history that runs through the building and architecture such as the decadent Royal Pavilion in the centre, not forgetting the wide-variety of traditional pubs to choose from!

For a city Brighton is also wonderfully close to the South Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty which offers a range of walking and cycle routes in the surrounding countryside. Though back in the city there's also a refreshing assortment of gardens and parks to explore, along with the beach which is a must see.

Whilst not forgetting the wide variety of festivals, markets and celebrations that take place all year round, Brighton & Hove really has something for everyone why not discover it for yourself!

Rottingdean is a perfect cottage location for those who like the best of both worlds. It is the village next to Brighton and Hove which is famed for great shopping, the Laines and great nightlife but the village itself has a slower pace of life and has some lovely old architecture such as Rottingdean Church and the Old Windmill. They do say variety of the spice of life!
