Just a few minutes drive from Florida's fabulous Gulf coast beaches, our luxury villa is perfectly equipped to provide the ideal break - quiet and peaceful, set in an extra large plot not overlooked by neighbouring properties. Good restaurants, shopping and golf courses are close by for those who want to be a little more active.
The above average sized pool has a shaded lanai for outdoor dining or just a little cooling off time. The house is south facing and enjoys day long sunshine on the pool area. The house has state preserve on two sides providing excellent opportunities for wildlife viewing, especially birdwatching.

Rotonda West / Pine Valley area
Our house is a wonderful place to relax yet close to many other amenities. For those who like to shop, Port Charlotte is only 20 minutes away, Venice and Sarasota are within an hour and Naples is only an extra half hour. The popular resort of Fort Myers is 45 minutes away from where you can sail to Key West - only 3 hours by sea! Sanibel Island is the largest and best bird sanctuary in the area and a trip to the Babcock Wildlife Ranch is well worthwhile.
How to get there
British Airways and Virgin fly direct to several airports in Florida. Tampa is 90 minutes away, Orlando 2.5 hours and Miami just over 3 hours.

Further details indoors: The interior of the house has been carefully designed to provide a light, bright holiday atmosphere whilst maintaining a high standard of luxury. The master bedroom has a huge king bed and is complimented by a fabulous en suite bathroom and walk in closet. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have a queen bed and two singles respectively and share the second bathroom.
The house revolves around the family room which is equipped with state of the art entertainment facilities and has fully opening pocket-doors on to the pool area. Leading off from the family room there is a formal dining room, a relaxing breakfast nook, a modern, well-equipped kitchen and utility/laundry room.
The family room and master bedroom has an upgraded TV service which includes BBC American and Fox Sports for live Premier League football. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have their own TVs and the family room includes and I-pod docking station.
Further details outdoors: The extra sized plot has been carefully landscaped to sympathetically blend with the wildlife preserve on two sides of the property. The house has off road parking and a two car garage which contains two bicycles for guests use. There is also a set of golf clubs for guests use. There are fishing opportunities close by in the local canal which also provides good wildlife watching.

Pool heating is an optional extra cost. There is a great value golf package available - please ask for further details. A local management team is present to ensure that everything is perfect for our guests.
Conditions
A 20% deposit is required with the balance payable 8 weeks before occupation. A refundable security deposit of £150 is required with the balance.
