Our luxury villa awaits you with all that you need for a wonderful, unforgettable holiday experience.
Besides the obvious attractions of beautiful beaches, Florida sunshine, and, of course, spectacular golf, fishing, boating, kayaking, birding and hiking, this region of Florida offers many attractions that you will want to be sure not to miss.

You can choose from 5 nearby golf courses: Long Marsh, The Palms, The Hills, The Links and Pine-moor. With more than 30 courses in the area, ranging from executive to championship level, you will have no problem finding a place to practice your swing

The beaches are un-crowded and pristine. Here you can soak up the sunshine as you enjoy the solitude and watch for dolphins,sea turtles and bird life. Our home is minutes away from miles of sand at Englewood beach, Stump Pass beach park, Lemon Bay beach and Boca Grande island. Last but not least this area is also famous for some of the worlds best fishing.

It consists of 3 bedrooms: Bedroom 1 is a master double with private en-suite, Bedroom 2 is a double and Bedroom 3 is a twin room. There is also a family bathroom with bath and shower and a fully equipped kitchen(ice-making fridge).

Further details outdoors:
Our villa backs on to a canal. It is a very quiet and peaceful place to relax, and enjoy the scenery. There is a large screened lanai and a deck area around the pool equipped with loungers, table, chairs: just perfect whether you wish to sunbathe, eat , play or watch the wildlife! Undercover outside dining ,ceiling fan and a gas BBQ are also available. There is a Double Garage with automatic door.

For those wishing to be explore the immediate area there are two bikes are at the villa. Rotonda is perfect for walking and cycling and taking in the local views and waterways. For the more energetic, tennis courts are available in the community area located in the centre of Rotonda where there is also a children’s play area, a baseball pitch and connections to the bike trails.

Travel times: - Englewood - 10 mins, Port Charlotte - 20 minutes, Sarasota - 30 minutes, Venice - 20 minutes, Naples - 90 minutes, Busch Gardens - 90 minutes, Everglades - 2 1/2 hours, Orlando and Theme Parks - 2 1/2 hours, Miami - 3 hours

Alternatively, why not just sit and relax and watch nature come past your door, in the trees or the waterways of Rotonda - the perfect end to a day at the beach. golf course or fishing trip. Just don't forget to chill the wine first!

The Florida / Florida Gulf Coast region

There are many beautiful beaches all within a 15 minutes drive to choose from. There are an abundance of shops, restaurants, local amenities and several large shopping malls within a 10/ 20 minute drive. Within approximately 15 minutes' drive there are up to 10 excellent Golf Clubs all within the Rotonda/Lemon Bay area which can cater for every level, the nearest which can be reached within 5 minutes drive from the property.

Local places of interest to visit include Tampa, Sarasota, with museums and excellent cultural amenities, whilst Busch Gardens theme park for excellent fun for all the family is only 90 minutes away, Disney Orlando is 2.5 hours away and easily accessible to do any of the parks in a day trip.Miami is approx 2.5 hours' drive across the Alligator Trail.

The Charlotte County region also boasts State Parks, Nature Reserves where you can see bobcats and other local animals and exotic plants. Sailing and fishing boat hire, kayaking and jet ski hire are all within easy access.

The Rotonda West / Pine Valley area

Gulf Coast beaches stretch for miles and never seem to be crowded at any time of the day, and are safe for bathing & surfing for both adults and children, many have BBQ facilities on the beach.

There are lots of deserted beaches, nature reserves, and walking trails all local to Rotonda. Rotonda Community Park is only a few minutes walk away, and features a wonderful cycle path meandering through the 32 acre reserve together with a picnic pavilion, tennis courts, and a multi-purpose games area.

A short drive away over the toll bridge is Boca Grande & Gasparilla Island with its beautiful sandy beaches covered with shells and fossilised sharks teeth which are easily found in the sand washed up on the shore. The Islands are often frequented by the rich and famous, and you can spend hours in the sleepy , laid back and very welcoming town centre cafes of Boca Grande admiring the multi-million dollar properties and people-watching.

The Port Charlotte Shopping Mall is within 15 minutes drive and boasts a Multiplex Cinema, restaurants, and large department stores, including Macys, Beals, JC Penny and Dillards. The Everglades are within easy reach, and an airboat ride and some alligator spotting is a must for any visitors to the area. If you would like to travel a little further the journey to the beginning of the famous Florida Keys takes 2.5 hours or there is a ferry available from Fort Myers.
