The accommodation consists of formal dining area, large lounge with luxury furnishings, large screen TV with Video DVD and Hi-Fi system. We also have hi-speed internet access.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with walk in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. The double bedroom has a queen size bed with large fitted wardrobes and guest bathroom with shower. The third bedroom has twin beds with fitted wardrobes.
The kitchen is fully fitted with all modern facilities. There is a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The breakfast nook leads out onto a fully screened 28ft x 15ft solar heated swimming pool.

The Florida / Florida Gulf Coast region
Theme parks are within easy reach, Busch Gardens, Tampa approx. one and a half hours drive, and Disney approx. two hours drive. Myakka River State Park approx 45 mins drive away is one of Florida's most natural areas, take a guided tour on one of the world's largest airboats and become acquainted with the variety of creatures that make their home there.
Further afield are the Everglades where you can take a safari across the Big Cypress Indian reservation. There are some beautiful beaches nearby:

Rotonda West / Long Meadow area
Our villa is in an excellent location for sports activities, there are nine golf courses on Rotonda and several more in the surrounding area. Also fishing and water sports.
Shopping is only a 5 minute drive, supermarkets include Publix, Winn Dixie and Wal-Mart. There is a liquor store, Subway sandwich bar, China Wok takeaway, Blockbuster video and petrol station. Port Charlotte shopping mall is 20 minutes away with department stores including Dillard's, JC Penney, Bealls, Sears and Khol's.

Further details outdoors: Lakeside villa is not overlooked by any other properties, therefore it is very private. There is a large garden that leads down to the lake and views of the golf course.
There is wildlife abound in this area, you will often see beautiful coloured birds including ospreys and herons, also raccoons, armadillos, turtles, and even bobcats.
The pool area is furnished to a high standard with patio table and chairs on the shaded lanai, also a table and chairs on the pool deck with sun umbrella and sun loungers. There is a gas BBQ provided for your al fresco dining.
