There are two spacious master suites each have their own en-suites with jacuzzi bath and shower, and two further bedrooms. Both the master suites open up onto the pool deck. Three of the bedrooms have cable TV and the twin room also has a playstation2 with a selection of games. There is a games room in the garage which is air-conditioned. Two adult and two children's bikes are provided for your use.
A wireless internet connection is available. All linen and towels are provided.

The pool and spa are electrically heated at no extra cost. There is a safety screen around the pool to prevent young children entering unobserved. There are four full size sunloungers and a dining table with 8 chairs. A gas BBQ is available for your use.
The Florida / Florida Gulf Coast region
Villa Seclusion is located on Floridas Gulf coast. Along this beautiful and unspoilt shoreline a number of barrier islands have built up over time to provide a several outstanding beaches and inland waterways. These contrast magically with the lush subtropical foliage.
The climate is warm and sunny throughout the year with temperatures peaking in the 90's in the summer. Boating and fishing are very popular pastimes. Dolphin spotting and shell collecting are enjoyable beach activities. You can hire jet skis or kayaks in Engelwood and explore the inland waterways. For the golfer, there are countless golf courses to test out. For those looking for more adventure, Busch Gardens is located in Tampa as well as a waterpark.
The Rotonda West / Pine Valley area
Rotonda is a tranquil residential area of green belts, canals, lakes and golf courses and little traffic. There is an abundance of wildlife and part of the development is a nature conservation area. You may see tortoise, racoons, herons, egrits, armidillos and more close to your villa. The local beaches are only a 10-15 minute drive. The beach on Gasparilla island is exceptionally beautiful and never busy and the restaurant at South Beach is definitely worth a visit. You may rent a boat and visit some of the islands or go on a deep sea fishing trip.
There are four 18 hole golf courses within the circle of Rotonda and more within the local area. There are also cycling routes through a nature area (bikes provided in villa). A shared tennis facility within the circle operates on a first come first served basis, there are also courts next to Engelwood library, a 10 minute drive away. You can hire jet skis or kayaks in Engelwood and explore the inland waterways.
Restaurants are within driving distance and Port Charlotte, the nearest town is home to a large shopping mall. For more serious shoppers, the factory outlets at Ellenton, near Sarasota, or south to Fort Myers are well worth a visit. The nearest supermarket is a 5 minute drive and there is a Walmart supercentre 10 minutes away.

Fly direct to Tampa or Orlando from the UK with BA or Virgin. Many other airlines fly to Tampa with a connection in the US. The villa is about 1 1/2 hr drive form Tampa and 2 1/2 hours from Orlando. If you fly to Fort Myers international airport you'll only have an hours drive to the villa.
All the major car rental companies are conveniently located at the above airports. At Tampa and Fort Myers airports you can walk to your rental car from the arrivals hall.

We stayed for just a week here after a hectic week dashing around the theme parks in Orlando. Next time we go I would want to spend the entire time at this villa in Rotonda. Very close to the perfect beaches and restaurants at Boca Grande, the villa also has everything you will need if you just want to chill out. The pool and spa are heated and we all spent hours in them after the pool at the villa we stayed at in Orlando, which wasn't heated, was just too cool to spend much time in. The family also made use of the bicycles and the games room. Can highly recommend this villa and would love to go back one day. |

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful short break in Villa Paradise. The villa has everything a family with young children needs and my children loved it so much they wanted to move in. I thought it was great value for money. The nearby beach at Boca Grande was beautiful, and it was great to have beach chairs, a parasol and cooler available in the villa to use. The booking process was very simple and both Joanne and the management company were very helpful. |

We had three weeks at the villa.The villa was spacious and plenty of room for four adults and two children ages 7 &10. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and loved the area. We loved seeing all the wild life and really loved just being able to relax in the tranquil surroundings. Everything in the villa was there as promised and the management company was on hand to answer any questions. Everywhere was clean and well maintained.. The pool was well maintained, bicycles were in good condition, pool toys were there for the children's use. The BBQ was in good working order and spare gas on hand if you should run out. Everything to make your holiday carefree and relaxing. The owner was very helpful always responded promptly and bond returned without any problems, I would definitely say if you are going as a family Villa Paradise will not let you down. |
