Home description
This luxurious Florida home is located in Rotonda on the wonderful sunny Gulf Coast of South West Florida. Our privately owned air-conditioned, five bedroom, four bathroom property can accommodate up to 10 people comfortably.
Fully furnished and decorated to a very high standard, the home is complete with a screened pool, Jacuzzi spa and extended sun deck. Situated in a peaceful, residential location backing onto a freshwater canal, but also close to beautiful sandy beaches, superb golf courses and many other exciting activities.
Enter the house to a large entrance hall leading to the main living area. In the main living area you will find the space and comfort to watch cable TV, listen to your favourite music on the CD stereo system, read, or just sit and relax in the comfort of the air-conditioned room, looking out onto the pool area. For greater peace and quiet there is a second lounge separated from the main living area by double doors, yet has its own TV, board games and books.
Typifying the American way of life, the open-plan living extends itself to the kitchen/diner, where you will find everything you need including, fridge/freezer with ice-maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and breakfast area leading directly to and from the pool deck.
The laundry room consists of the washing machine and tumble dryer and gives internal access to the double car garage.
This beautiful home boasts TWO luxury master suites, each with private access through French doors to the sundeck/pool area, having double beds, and being tastefully decorated with fine fabrics, matching furniture and their own televisions.
Master one has a walk in dressing area, leading through to the en-suite with a spa bath and large double shower. Master two is complete with the same en-suite facilities and has views onto the freshwater canal. There are two further twin bedded rooms, sharing a large bathroom, again luxuriously furnished for your comfort. To accommodate larger families the second lounge offers a sofa bed that will sleep two people comfortably.
The private solar heated swimming pool and jacuzzi spa is fully screened and complies with the latest Florida Laws in having a removable child safety fence, giving you peace of mind when holidaying with your little ones.
Surrounding the pool is an extended lanai and pool deck that gives you a larger area to make the most of the luxury outdoor furniture, including sun loungers, table and chairs.

The Florida / Florida Gulf Coast region
The beautiful white sandy beaches of The Gulf Coast are only a 10 minute drive away, where you will find the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico great for swimming, shelling, sunbathing, boating, or fishing. You can even charter a sailing boat with a skipper and go deep sea fishing for Marlin off Boca Grande Island. Continuing with water sports, scuba diving, snorkeling, parasailing, jet skis, and windsurfing are also available
Rotonda West area
There are many superb 18 hole golf courses and tennis courts within minutes of our lovely villa.
If nature is your thing, then the Myakka Nature Reserve is less than an hour away where you will find local wildlife such as Osprey, Heron, Pelicans, Ibis, Egrets, Raccoons, Armadillos, & Turtles.
There is also the world famous Everglades National Park, a broad river of sawgrass dotted with mangrove swamps & tree islands, rich in wildlife including Alligators all of which can be viewed from one of the many boat tours.
A 90 minute drive north to Tampa Bay you will find Busch Gardens, a brilliant theme park with many exiting rides, shows and animal attractions for all the family.
Just a 2.5 hours drive, is Orlando where you will find Disney World, Epcot, Universal Studios, Wet 'n' Wild, SeaWorld, and many other of Florida's wonderful attractions.
Slightly further on is The Kennedy Space Centre home of NASA and location for launching of the Space Shuttle, here you will find a very informative and entertaining visitors centre.
And this is not all, there is still The Florida Keys, a chain of islands running to the southwest of Florida, there's Dolphins, Manatees, beautiful sunsets, festivals, and much much more!
Should you wish to dine out from the villa, there are plenty of local excellent restaurants & cafes for you to choose from and if shopping is of interest to you then there are various shops, shopping malls & factory outlets for you to spend your dollars!
