Palm Trees has been completely modernised with the addition of a conservatory with portable air conditioning and cane furniture to provide attractive, light, airy and very comfortable accommodation. There are many coves and beaches along this popular coastline, Marazion, Perranuthnoe, Prussia Cove and Praa Sands all just a few minutes drive away. Rosudgeon lies between coast and countryside, approximately mid-way between Penzance and Helston; there are miles of country walks nearby. An excellent holiday home for two.

Rosudgeon sits a few miles east of Penzance and Marazion overlooking Mounts Bay and has brilliant access to some of the most evocative coastal beaches and coves in rugged South Cornwall. National Trust property Prussia Cove with it's rich Smuggler and Wrecking heritage is a short walk away. Keneggy and Praa sands are also nearby. If you're into watersports such as windsurfing or kitesurfing, Marazion beach is a mecca for enthusiasts.
