The Heart of England / Peak District / Herefordshire region

NB: The bedroom is accessed via a spiral staircase.

The property has full oil central heating and a wood burner in the sitting area. The kitchen has an electric oven & hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, flat screen combination TV/DVD player with Freeview, additional flat screen TV in bedroom and a stereo/CD player.

There is off road parking for two cars and a shed for bikes. There is a delightful patio with garden furniture and a barbecue. Guests have shared use of a one acre paddock for playing, and shared use of the children's swings/slide etc. The shop & pub are 1.5 miles away.
