Rocklands Farm is a stone built cottage, attached to the owner's farmhouse, set one mile from the village of Goodrich in Hertfordshire. This cottage sleeps two people and has one twin bedroom, which can be made into a king-size double on request, with en-suite shower room. The cottage also has an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburner-effect electric fire. To the outside of this cottage there is off road parking for two cars and a shared patio and large courtyard garden with furniture. Rocklands Farm is a delightful holiday home, perfect at any time of year.

Livery and B&B available by prior arrangement. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Main entrance is shared by the owners, the cottage has its own lockable front door, off the farmhouse porch. Note: No children under 16 years old.

Ross on Wye

The village of Goodrich is situated on the banks of the River Wye, in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Goodrich Castle, a village hall, shop and pub, which serves food can all be enjoyed in the village. The market town of Ross-on-Wye is close by and has a 17th Century Market Hall, shops, pubs and restaurants. Symonds Yat, Hay-on-Wye, and Forest of Dean are also all near by.
