The property is fully furnished with 3 bedrooms - consisting of 2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and very large dining area - there is a fully fitted kitchen - large balcony - all rooms have a sea view - it is on the 2nd floor with a lift for easy access - there is also a private garage as well off road parking - the coastal railway runs along the seafront in front of the apartment - the town of Roseto is a 20-30 minute walk - where there are beautiful restaurants and also lovely shops. The town is a typical Italian town and therefore you get the real feel of Italy -

Roseto degli Abruzzi is situated in the Abruzzi region which is a very green area it is a typical Italian town, so if you are looking for the 'real Italy' you will not be disappointed. It is a region that offers the best of both worlds - half an hour to an hour's drive away from the apartment you can be enjoying a sking holiday in the beautiful Gran Sasso mountains which surround the whole area - or you can be sunbathing on the beautiful sandy beach 10 kms in length so plenty of space to relax and swim in the warm Adriatic sea. There are many places of interest to visit just a short drive from the apartment - Rome is 2-3 hours away by car or you can take a coach - the beautiful town of Castelli with its famous pottery is approx 1 hour away - just a 20 minute drive from the apartment is the village of Montipagno where you can get a glass of the local wine or enjoy a nice meal

Roseto degli Abruzzi is a a beautiful seaside resort in font of the the Gran Sassso. It is the most important town of the Vomano Valley and is rich in artistic treasures, each village has it's own beautiful chapel and churches with stunning architecture. The beautiful sandy beach is 10 km long and the climate is very pleasant. The region offers a staggering array of delicious food with local restaurants serving only the very best freshly caught fish. A 20 minute drive from the apartment is Giulianova with it's beautiful Lido where you can enjoy a fun day.

How to get there

You can fly from Stansted to Pescara (Ryanair) or Liverpool to Ancona (Ryanair) or most airlines fly to Rome
Ryanair recommend Hertz car hire and this can be booked through Ryanair and the rates are very competitive.

The property is very secure and is accessed via a gate at the front to be opened by key or a buzzer if someone is in the apartment - and then a second door again to be opened with a key or the buzzer - inside the apartment there is a video phone so as to see who is trying to get into the apartment - there is a large patio table and eight chairs for use on the large balcony - the apartment is furnished to the highest standard with Italian furniture all rooms have a sea view - the secure garage is a double garage and is accessed via electronic gates, there is off road parking outside the apartment block

Strictly no smoking except on the balcony.
Refundable breakages deposit of £100 required on arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
25% of rental fee due six weeks before your stay to secure booking.
There is a lift in the apartment building providing wheelchair access
