There are three terraces, equipped with a wide selection of loungers and garden chairs for those who prefer to relax in the sunshine whilst on holiday.
The property, whilst only 5 minutes from the beach and Marina, is above the town with its back to Green Belt and in a quiet secluded cul-de-sac.
Roses itself is a quiet family town with many good restaurants and family recreations including a Water Park, Go Karts and modern Sports Centre..

The Costa Brava/Catalonia region
The Costa Brava has always proved an amazingly popular holiday destination and there is always something to do - sailing, diving, cycling, Go Karts, swimming, or just walking along the beautiful promenade, watching other people being active! Horse riding can also be arranged, as well as more extreme activities such as rafting, parachuting and kitesurfing. The nearby unspoilt village of Castello d'Empuries is definitely worth a visit, as is the "Venice" of Northern Spain, Empuriabrava, where the house owners can moor their expensive motor and sailing boats adjacent to their properties. A very pleasant excursion can be taken on one of the eco-friendly electric boats along the main canals.
Roses area
Roses is a beautiful town throughout the whole year. There are a variety of activities and attractions to suit all visitors. There is a nearby Go-Kart circuit and you can spend the day at the nearby water park. With mini golf and local boating excursions you will certainly not be stuck for entertainment.
Roses is ideally located close to the larger towns of Figueres and Girona and is only two hours from Barcelona by train from Figueres. The interesting and extremely quirky Dali museum is also close at hand, and so is a thriving shopping area. The Sunday market in Roses is extremely large and very popular with visitors, many of whom travel down from France for the bargains! Activities in the Roses area:

How to get there
Ryanair flies to Girona Airport which is less than an hour's drive from Roses. Several car rental companies operate from there. Alternatively there is a bus direct to Roses bus station, which is a very short taxi ride away from Can Chichi.
