Casa Albera is an impressive new villa located in a prominent elevated position on the prestigious development of Can Isaac, just five minutes from the village of Palau Saverdera, near the historic town of Roses. Nestled in the peacefull foothills of the 'Cap de Creus' National Park . Our property enjoys far reaching views over National Park towards the Bay of Roses to the South and the Pyrenees to the West. Private Solar Heated Swimming Pool Free Wi Fi Broadband Internet is connected and available to all our guests.
Escape the crowds and enjoy the peace and tranquillity, whilst still only a short distance from the main resorts. Our beautiful villa has been fitted out to a very high standard and has Contemporary Solid Oak Furniture throughout. All bedrooms have air conditioning and French Windows which open onto the Pool Terrace. A new large flat screen Sony TV with UK Sky television is available in the lounge. The 8 metre x 4 metre Solar HEATED Swimming Pool , set in the centre of the plot with far reaching views of the Pyrenees. Landscaped gardens surround the villa on all sides. The exceptional restaurant 'Nou Fusion' is located close by just a short leisurely stroll down from the villa, and many more locally.

The Costa Brava/Catalonia region
Palau Saverdera Overview: The Costa Brava is an excellent all year-round destination so when you visit depends on what you would like to do. The Walking season in the Pyrenees starts in mid June and ends in late September. This is good time for Cycling, Horse Riding and more extreme sport like rafting, hang Gliding or parachuting. It is quite possible to do this activities out this period, but the weather may be unpredictable and you cannot guarantee that all the normal summer walking facilities will be available. The ski season begins in November, if the snow arrives, and ends after the Easter holidays.
Roses / Palau Saverdera area
Casa Albera is situated in The Parc Natural 'Cap de Creus' which was granted protected status in 1986, creating safe havens for indigenous flora and fauna and helping to preserve an unspoilt environment of sheer escarpments and hidden villages. Perfect walking country, or for roaming by car, the region is home to secluded monastic ruins, Neolithic dolmens and a stunning variety of wildlife, including tortoises, a protected species of Albera cow, golden eagles and wild boar. Just five minutes by car from ‘Casa Albera’ is the world famous restaurant of ‘El Bulli’recently voted the best restaurant in the world. Situated in Roses,it is open only from April to September. During the other six months, the chefs are holed up in their laboratory in Barcelona!
How to get there
Palau Saverdera is just 15 minutes from the French border, and has three International airports close by. Barcelona-1h.40m by car (Britsh Airways) from Gatwick Girona-35minutes by car (Ryan Air) from Bournmouth and Stanstead Perpignan (France)-40minutes by car (Ryan Air) and Flybe Southampton Casa Albera is also easily reached by car from Calais in just 12 hours.

'Casa Albera' is cleaned prior to your arrival and there is an excellent towel and linen service provided at a small extra cost. The air-conditioned bedrooms provide a cool and peaceful place to relax from the heat of the day during an afternoon siesta
Further details outdoors: Casa Albera enjoys an elevated position on the upper road of the prestigious, long established private development of Can Isaac, Palau Saverdera. The private pool is heated. There are many places to relax from the heat of the midday sun, including a hammock under the shade of a protected cork tree in the front garden. Wi Fi Access on the Pool Terrace The remains of a Neolithic settlement have recently been discovered just 50 meters from our villa.

Changeover day is on a Saturday. Departures by 10am please. Arrivals from 4pm. A welcome pack is provided for your first evening. A fantastic local restaurant called 'Fusion' is just five minutes walk from the villa, (map provided)
