The apartment is situated on the Costa Brava north, in a small fishing and touristic village, Roses. Very close to the French border.
Well communicated by car and bus, 20 km from the highways to Barcelona and France. 65 km from the Girona airport (low cost companies: Ryanair) and from Perpingnan airport (France), 165 km from the Barcelona international airport.

In order to confirm your booking, 40% of the total rental fee must be paid as a deposit within a period of 10 days. Otherwise, the booking will be cancelled.
All reservations will be considered temporary until the final payment is made. The remaining amount must be paid on arrival, when the keys of the property are collect.
An amount of between 150 and 300 € is to pay by credit card on arrival as damage deposit, refundable in a period of days from the end of your stay once the property has been checked by our staff, being at your expenses the repairs and damage to material due to incorrect use.
The cancellations fees are applied to the reservation deposit (40%) and are as follows:
5% should the cancellation be made more than 30 days before the client’s arrival (minimum charge: 60 €)
50% should the cancellation be made less than 30 days before the day of arrival.
100% should the cancellation be made less than 7 days before the day of arrival.
