This is an Air conditioned house comprising the living room with double sofa bed, additinal dining area complete with sofa bed & kitchen downstairs.Upstairs is the bedroom with upstairs balconys & bathroom with full size bath and shower upstairs. It is a really cosy house with its own terrace leading from the bedroom overlooking the private court area, giving secluded private outdoor living space.
The whole of the house has been refurnished with a newly tiled floors on the ground floor and upstairs.
The whole gated complex is of an old Andalusian village style. The house is only 400 metres from the beach and 250 metres from all amenities.

The house upstairs has an air conditioned bedroom with two single beds leading onto 2 balconys. The bedroom has ceiling fans, its own separate satellite tv system with dvd. There is wardrobe space which has with a fixed safe. Also up stairs is a fully re furbished bathroom with full size bath and shower
The house is a fully equiped home from home. it has brand new 40" hd tv with over 50 free view channels,it has an upscaling hd dvd player complete with a large number of new release dvd's available to view. The tv has also Hd Spanish digital tv.The house has a gas fire for any chill on winter evenings and AC in the lounge are and bedroom for hot summer nights.
Downstairs the house has an air conditioned lounge area with a double sofa bed and chairs. The apartment has another satellite Tv with the Sky freeview package. dvd and video.There is a selection of many up to date dvds, videos and books.The kitchen is fully equipped for long lets and includes an electric hob, oven, large fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine.
There is a glazed in area at the front of the property providing an extra seating dinning area and sleeping area.
The house has a private walled in court yard area providing a perfect private area for bbq's and sun bathing
and happy hour drinks from the large fridge in the sunshine.

I am charged a fixed price for cleaning and Laundry be it a one night stay or a week The price of the clean and laundry is € 40. This cost is included in any 7 night or longer vacation.
Any vacations of less than a week will be the weekly cost divided by 7, the cleaning and laundry charge is then added

Almería,is the most oriental of the Andalusian provinces, is defined by its variety. Its impressive landscapes are spread throughout the province: from the arid Tabernas desert, with its outdoor stage sets for various spaghetti westerns films, to the frozen summits of the Sierra Nevada to the friendly long sandy beaches. This way, visitors can choose any lifestyle in Almeria. Visitors can visit natural parks or simply let themselves be carried away at the beach.
Although unknown to many, the ancient Andalusian province of Almeria has 200 miles of virtually undeveloped coastline. Almería enjoys the warmest and sunniest climate in the whole of Europe, with temperatures in January averaging 17°c and in July and August 28°c, and an average of 3,000 hours of sun per year. This historic province was late in developing tourism and although it is now bringing in amenities and facilities for holidaymakers, Almerimar has learnt from the mistakes of the sixties and construction is kept to a low specified height, leaving 60% surface area for parks and green areas and remains one of the most charming and unspoilt regions in Southern Spain.
Roquetas de Mar is just some 20 kilometres away from the main City of Almería, it is the largest holiday resort in the Province. Playa Serina is built just 2 kilometres away from the original fishing village, The Resort of Roquetas de Mar and Playa Serena boasts over 5km long beach front promenade with wide beaches, which is all flat and not hilly. There are many well kept parks across the whole area, many restaurants and bars of various nationalities, and a wide variety of shops and services to cover all needs. There is the large commercial shopping centre in Requetas which is one of the largest and nicest shops in the area.
The Roquetas de Mar / Playa Serena area
This area is popular, not just in the summer, but in the winter also. Roquetas has with an established clientele of winter holiday makers this allows all amenities to be available year round.
Just to mention a few of the activities on offer during the day, Roquetas de Mar hosts an 18 hole golf course, situated in Playa Serena. The club house is situated 300 metres from Pueblo Anderluz. They are numerous tennis courts in the area including one on the complex.There are also two other golf courses a short drive away.
There are the usual beach activities including wind surfing peddlos and jet skis. Roquetas has an aquarium, a water park and a children’s fun park
Close by at Tabernas is the film sets from Spaghetti Westerns, Mini Hollywood have shows, a zoo and a swimming pool with water slides.
The complex is in a very quite but within a 100 metres and only a short walk to numerous tapas bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The next block brings you to the long promenade and beach
A short walk away from Playa Serena brings you to a specially designated nature reserve, which is an area of salt marshes visited by Flamingos, ducks and other fowl.
Roquetas is ideal for cycling which are available to hire nearby and as the area is very flat it is ideal for those not so good on there feet.
The festival of San Juan is a must with all the locals partying on the beach and all going into the water at midnight.

Would highly recommend this property it is well equipped, comfortable and private. It is situated close to shops, bars and restaurants with a 5 minute stroll to the beach. We would definitely use this house again. Home from home. Transfers to and from the airport were superb. Thanks Paul for all your help.
