A 2 bed penthouse apartment furnished to a very high standard. Ideal for family holidays and couples. The bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, ceiling fans and air conditioning. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, there is fresh linen supplied. The kitchen is fully equipped with all white goods, washing machine, oven, hob, cooker hood, microwave and fridge freezer. In the lounge there is a 36inch HD Ready wall mounted flat screen tv with English satellite and DVD player, CD player, air conditioning, 2 and 3 seater sofa's patio doors leading to a large terrace with stairs leading to ,a walled private solarium with sunloungers and shower.
There is a child's pool and large shared pool in the gardens. From the portal a 2 minute stroll will take you to the blue flag beach which stretches for some 12 kilometres with a flat promenade for easy walking. The promenade will take you to the Port and Nature Reserve. Along the way there are plenty of bars and restaurants, English, Spanish, and German, (in the Urbanization there are Chinese and Indian restaurants) as well as water sports. There is a bus route just outside the main entrance which can take you to the Aquarium, Water Park, Gran Plaza where there are shops, Burger King, McDonalds, Kentucky Fried Chicken and a large children's amusement area with bowling alley. Mini Hollywood is highly recommended, a fantastic day out. Electric is paid locally

The Costa de Almeria region
Almeria is arid and boasts of 320 days a year sun, there are many places of interest. The main city of the beautiful Almeria region is Almeria Town and there are plenty of historical sights to enjoy here, as well as restaurants and bars to enjoy.

Roquetas de Mar / Buena Vista, Roquetas de Mar area
Locally there is plenty on offer, with a Water Park, Aquarium, The Port, Nature Reserve, Golf Courses and the Gabo de Gata. The Gabo de Gata is a large natural park that is excellent for walking and bird watching and watching the world go by. The Gran Plaza with its shopping malls fast food outlets, tapas bars and a bowling alley is a must do. There are several "Fiesta's" year round along the port area. There are local English and Spanish Tapas bars on the promanade
For film lovers, Mini Hollywood in Tabernas is where the Spaghetti Westerns such as "The Good, The Bad and The Ugly" "How the West was Won" and "A Fistfull of Dollars" to name a few were filmed. This is about an hour drive and is a great day out
How to get there
Budget airlines include Ryanair, Easyjet, Monarch Airlines. The apartment ia about a 40 minuet drive. A taxi is available at the airport at cost of around 70 euros. Car hire at the airport and can be booked online or call or email us and we can arrange private transfers from 50 euros. There is a direct motorway link from the airport to near the property.
