This recently completed private development consists of a Penthouse situated on the edge of Playa Serena Golf Club and within minutes of the beach has something for everyone.
The property is fully air conditioned and includes Lounge with Dining area and Patio Door access to the Balcony which surrounds the property and gives you the oppoptunity to follow the sun all day long.
There are 2 bedrooms one with 2 single beds,fitted wardrobes and Patio Doors to the Balcony. The Master bedroom has double bed with en suite, fitted wardrobes and Patio Doors access to Balcony.
There is a separate shower room with w/c .
The kitchen has all the modern requirements, dishwasher,fridge freezer,washing machine/dryer and has a breakfast bar with stools. Access to the balcony is also through the kitchen leading to the largest part of the Terrace with its outside dining area.
The balcony has been furnished with quality seating around the whole area to allow you to decide if you wish to take in the views of the golf course and the mountains or if you wish to keep an eye on your children while they play in ther own private park and swimming pools. Awnings are situated around the whole balcony to allow clients the benefit of sitting outside in the shade.

The Costa de Almeria region
Almeria is one of the warmest parts of Spain and this is evident from the air as you arrive in the region and notice the extensive greenhouses surrounding the area.
There are three golf courses all within short distance of each other La Envia Golf, Almerimar and the excellent Playa Serena designed by Gary Player.
Almeria City which is 20 minutes from Roquetas de Mar is well worth a visit with many places of interest including the Alcazaba(the Citadel) the biggest fortress built by the Arabs in Spain plus the port of Almeria which has lines to Melilla, Algeria and Morocco.
Numerous spaghetti westerns were filmed in Almería and you can spend the day visiting the desert of Tabernas with its beautiful mountain ranges and pretend your Clint Eastwood or spend time driving through Cabo de Gata.One of the greatest draws of the Cabo de Gata Natural Park is its beaches like the ones that can be found at San Jose.
The Roquetas de Mar / Playa Serena area
Roquetas de Mar is a very popular destination for the Spanish people as a holiday resort. Your chosen Penthouse apartment is within a private residential development with many of the owners Spanish.
The golf course is on your doorstep with its excellent club house which can be used for relaxing while having a meal or a drink on the terrace.You are within walking distance of the beach which has obtained Blue Flags each year and its so big that you will never feel crowded.Also you are next door to Punta Entinas-Sabinar nature reserve with around 200 species of catalogued birds and specific flora of Savins and Lentiscus.
The town has plenty to offer the holiday maker with its old fort and amphitheatre,its Marina has beach front seafood restaurants.There are plenty of local Tapa's bar and restaurants to suit all tastes. A visit to the Grand Plaza for all your shopping needs. The Bull Ring,Aquaruim,Waterpark,Market and Go-karting along with many others will make your stay a time to remember.

This was our 2nd stay at this apartment. The penthouse apartment is within a complex set on the outskirts of Playa Serena. It has everything you would wish from an apartment, with fantasic views over the golf course towards the nature reserve and the mountains in the distance. The balcony around the apartment is a sun trap all day and offers complete privacy. The complex is busy during the summer with mostly spanish families but is set on the edge of a residential area and is therefore very quiet at night. There is a pool and play area on site which is well maintained, as is the entire complex which is spotless. It is a couple of minutes walk away from really nice beaches and also the various nightlife is nearby, with a choice of the many other european foods on offer. The property managers, Jim & Judy McMillan are on hand in resort and are fonts of knowledge about the local area. The airport collection service offered is good if you do not wish to hire a car. This is a first class property, well maintained and a pleasure to visit again. |
