A fully furnished one bedroom one bathroom ground floor apartment .This apartment is situated in a complex that is on the front line of the beach in Playa Serena .From the apartment you can walk directly through the communal grounds past the communal swimming pool and onto the beach.

The apartment has a special feature of having two terraces. This allows you to 'follow' the sun around and benefit from being under it from every angle it goes to. The terraces are also ideal for chilling out in the evening with a glass of Sangria watching as the sun sets. The terrace also has garden furniture ideal for relaxing with breakfast in the morning or dinner in the evening.

The Costa de Almeria region

The province of Almeria is well known for its hot dry climate. It is the warmest part of Europe and is officially classed as the desert of Europe. Almeria offers a different world away from the usual tourist attractions of Soain as it is very mountainous with sunbaked terrain.There is plenty of places to visit including Mini Hollywood the wild west town. In August, Almeria shuts down for a fiesta. This brings plenty of attractions such as fairgrounds, circuses and much much more entertainment.

Roquetas de Mar is a lovely Spanish coastal resort .You can enjoy long walks along the lovely seafront to the port where you will find plenty of good restaurants or bars .You can also find in Roquetas a aquarium ,water park ,go kart track and in there is also a grand plaza shopping centre .There is a market in Roquetas for those bargain hunters

There is a 27 hole golf course that Gary Player designed himself making it attractive to many championship players.
