This 3 bedroomed Spanish town house has plenty of room for 6 guests, the main bedroom has a double bed with 2 further bedrooms, 1 with 2 single beds and the other with bunk beds.Downstairs there is a large living / dining area which seats 6 people.The kitchen is fully fitted with a cooker, microwave and washing machine.

The property is fully air conditioned in all rooms.

Upstairs there is a bathroom with shower and downstairs the is a toilet with wash basin.

The Costa de Almeria region

The Costa de Almeria is one of the quietest costas in Spain, with unspoilt beaches and large areas of beauty in the nearby Sierra Nevada national Park.

The area has one of the warmest and driest climates in Europe and is an ideal location to suit everybody. For the golfers amongst you there is a number of top quality courses, Val De Este and Envia are superb and challenging courses to name just 2.

This undiscovered area offers many wonderful beaches and places to visit and is steeped in Spanish history and culture.

Roquetas de Mar / Enix area

Enix is a typical small Spanish puebla (town), it is situated just 17km from Roquetas De Mar where there are endless uncrowded beaches. Enix is situated on the edge of the Sierra Nevada national park region where
Europe's most southerly ski resort can be found.

Roquetas De Mar is just 10 minutes drive away and there is a number of things to visit including aqua park, aquarium and go kart track, the kids will love it.

Also in Roquetas you will find a large shopping mall called the Grand Plaza were you can shop till you drop.

How to get there

Fly to Almeria with Monarch from Manchester or Birmingham - (www.monarch.co.uk).

You can also fly to Almeria from Stanstead airport with Easyjet - (www.easyjet.co.uk).

In Almeria airport car hire is availible from www.goldcarrental.com.

From Almeria airport the Enix turning can be found just 3 junctions down the main A7 motorway sign posted for Enix and Roquetas De Mar. After leaving the motorway turn right and follow signs for Enix.
