Our east facing apartment is on the 6th floor with lift access. There are nice views from the balcony and from the large private roof top solarium. The apartment is also well located being just a few steps away from Avenida Mediterraneo where you will find some of the resorts restaurants, bars and shops as well as the beach and childrens play areas.
The tasteful decor is complimented by comfortable furniture to make your stay as relaxing as possible.
The bedroom has a double bed with a quality memory foam mattress, a ceiling fan and fitted wardrobes with ample hanging space.The open plan lounge / fitted kitchen sleeps two on a good quality double sofa bed. The cooking area is fitted with a full size oven and 4 ring hob and well equipped including a microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine and iron. The bathroom has an over bath shower and a large storage cabinet. The apartment is fitted with air conditioning / heating and ceiling fans. ( please see reservation notes regarding A/C and heating***** ). English satellite TV is installed and there is also a CD/DVD player with a choice of CDs and DVDs for your enjoyment. All linen, towels and beach towels are provided.
The terrace furnished with a patio table and four chairs has views towards both sea and mountains. A spiral staircase leads to the private roof terrace which benefits from all day sun. Folding sun chairs are provided for the roof terrace and for beach use.
Tourist information, bus stops and a supermarket are also just a few metres away from the apartment.

There is a communal pool open June to September.
There is no private parking available but there is ample parking spaces outside the apartment.
The Mercadona supermarket open Monday - Saturday until 9pm is conveniently situated just a few steps away.
Apartment keys are posted to the guests home address. We also post detailed directions to the apartment along with helpful information about the apartment and resort / area so our guests can enjoy a good start to their holiday.
We also supply the contact details of the near by property management, so help is at hand In the unlikely event of any problems. All contact details are supplied with keys.
We can help by arranging airport transfers on your behalf if needed. The transfers are to be paid for directly to the driver by the guests.
We can help find accommodation in the same or nearby complex for family and friends.
Strictly no smoking inside the apartment please.
Reservations can be made by telephone or Email. A deposit of £40 for each week is required to secure a booking and can be paid for by paypal, bank transfer or cheque. A security bond of £150 is payable with the balance of the rent 8 weeks before the arrival date. The security bond against accidental damage/breakage will be refunded immediately after satisfactory inspection and return of keys.
We have tried to make our cancelation policy as fair as possible for ourselves and our guests.
Depsosits are non refundable if a reservation is cancelled, however, if the whole cancelled period is re-booked by alternative guests we are happy to refund the deposit after completion of the new occupancy.
Cancellations within 8 weeks of arrival will be charged 75% of the total rent for the reservation period , a full refund will be given for each cancelled day that is re booked by alternative guests after completion of the new occupancy.
Prices are in UK Pounds sterling. Price includes, water, electricity, linen and final clean.
Please Note:*****In order to offer lower rental rates the A/C and heating is coin operated payable by the guest if they choose to use the facility. The charge is intended only to cover cost and will be kept as low as possible.
All used towels and linen will be will be washed by the management at the end of your stay.
Smokers; No smoking indoors please. Smoking allowed on the balcony and outdoor areas.
The Costa de Almeria region
The Andalusian province of Costa Almeria can be found in south-eastern Spain. This beautiful and largely unspoilt region features more than 200 miles of dramatic coastline. The weather is superb, as Almeria boasts one of the driest and sunniest climates in Europe with around 320 days of sunshine. The average temperature is 27º in summer and 15º in winter. This makes Almeria an all-year round holiday destination and a great place to live. Stunning mountains surrounds the region, and in the winter you can go skiing on the Sierra Nevada ski resorts near Granada (about 2 ½ hours drive away).
Part of the region has a dry and desert like landscape that has made the Costa de Almeria famous for the filming of many movies, such as “The good, the bad, and the ugly”. There are many first class sporting facilities; in fact Almería was appointed the host for the Almería 2005 15th Mediterranean Games. There are first-class water sports facilities and it's also a golfer's paradise, with several superb courses.
The Roquetas de Mar area
Roquetas de Mar is approximately a 30-40 minute drive from Almeria airport.
Once a traditional fishing town, Roquetas de Mar with its many traditional tapas bars is now a popular holiday resort. The area is very flat so it is easy for young children and people with disabilities to get about. Roquetas de Mar possesses many good beaches with children's play areas and amenities for water sports. The promenade stretches for 10km down to the marina in the old town and is ideal for walking or cycling, with many cafe/bars and restaurants along the way. Cycle hire is available at various locations throughout the resort. The Playa Serena 18 hole, par 72 golf course of 6,301 meters is approximately one mile away from the apartment. There are many other golf courses within driving distance. In contrast to the holiday beaches, the salt marsh at Las Marinas attracts flamingos, little egrets and avocets.

Just to let you know i posted the keys back to you yesterday,and also to let you know we had a wonderful holiday.
We could not fault your apartmant everything was excellant. We very much appreciated all the advice and information you gave us.
What a lovely area. We didn't hire a car as public transport was soo cheap and easy, we went to Gran Plaza and the Thursday morning market, great for fruit and Veg. We went to the tourist info place right next to the roundabout, the man in there is soo helpful and has good english, he gave us info for buses which we catch right near the roundabout.
The supermarket is really good and the prices are very reasonable.We just love the area, we walked everyday up to the big tower past the nature reserve, took us about an hour each way. The people are very friendly and the beach is sooo clean, as is everywhere the gardens and seating areas.
The other day was Andalucia day and the Hotel Sabinal had Flamenco dancing and singing free for everyone, it was really lovely. We went mostly to the bars along the seafront for Tapas , just love it. We love it soo much we would recommend our friends. Just a lovely safe place to be.
Have put some things in the visitors book inc a hairdresser who is very good and british. Cant think of anything negative to say about the apartment or the area just love it!! Thanks again for letting us rent your property we have found a jewel in the med!!

Once again another brilliant holiday in Roquetas, couldn't fault it. The apartment was spot on, everything there that you required for self catering was available with a well stocked kitchen, and in the evening all the tv programs we like to watch at home, Thanks again.

Yes we have received the bond back thank you I have posted some comments on the website and of course you can put my comments on your site. We had a wonderful holiday and the apartment had everything and more than we could wish for. There was absolutely nothing else we could ask for your directions and information with regards to areas to visit were brilliant and we visited most of them. We could not believe how inexpensive everything was bars/restaurants/ supermarkets it's the first time we've ever come home with cash in our pockets and done everything we wanted to do.

had a great time the apartment was lovely and clean and had everthing you need to make your holiday really relaxing, a lot of thought has gone into your everyday needs so you can just get on with your holiday . near to supermarket which was really handy . lovely walk to the beach, a great place to relax . communication with owners kim&graham was very good and helpfull made things very easy

had a great holiday in this apartment very well equipt and handy for everything,mercadona next door bars\beach 3 mins walk bus stop 2mins no need to hire a car lovely sun terrace lots of info from owners in apartment ,as a frequent visiter to roquetas this is the best apartment yet . coming back next year !!!!!!!!!!!
