Villa Oceansound located on the ocean with 14m pool, panoramic sea view, A/C, heating, TV with 200 TV channels High Speed DSL internet, fully facilitated kitchen on main floor.
Ouside of the high season we rent the 3 units separately, ( 16.09.2011-15.06.2012)

Benetti Suite -( two double bed with two bathrooms) in main floor with big terrace- max 4+2 people
San Lorenzo Suite (double bed with bathroom) and own access from the front yard pool area-max 2 people
Admiral Suite (double bed with bathroom ) and own access from the front yard -pool area-max 2 people

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Alpes-Maritimes region

The region has everything and offers all year long entertainment; beautiful weather, superb food and wines, beautiful people, fantastic shopping and a great standard of life.

The Roquebrune-Cap-Martin area

The nearby town of Menton is great little port-side village with a very romantic and cultured feel to it. It's atmosphere is influenced by it's bordering neighbor, Italy and has an ambiance not found anywhere else on the French Riviera.

Some events you may be interested in attending there are:
- The Lemon Festival: Huge artistic constructions made from real lemons and oranges expand themselves throughout the streets and center of Menton (18th February - 9th March 2011)
- The Menton Classical Music Festival (Enjoy concerts of classical music while taking in taking in memorable views of the port and the old town. (July - August 2011)

And in the summer time there are great opportunities to participate in water sports, with a hire wake board boat only at 5 minutes walking distance from the house which allows you to do water skiing, wake boarding and tubing as my sons call it (basically being pulled behind the boat on a ring)
