This villa is located on the renown half-island of Cap Martin 5km from the border of Monaco. It is also about 15 minute drive from the Italian border, with Ventimiglia, Bordighera and San Remo being the first cities you'll come across.

The two floors that are rented comprise 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (3 of which are en-suite), a garage, parking spaces for up to 3 cars on the property, as well as the pool with generous pool area and enough space and sitting possibilities to hold large invitations and events. The house is also 2 minutes walking distance from the nearest beach and 1 minute to the closest restaurant, Vista Beach restaurant which is directly on the water.

For event reservations, the price and deposit vary and will depend on the type of event, number of guests and dates so contact me and I will provide a specific quote on security deposit and pricing.

Linens, bedding, towels and basic toiletry products (toilet paper, tissues, soap etc..) are included for seasonal rentals, as well as all utility bills. There is also a cleaning lady that comes once a week to change the linens on the beds and clean the house (included for rentals over one week).

If required, a chauffeur service with a Mercedes luxury Viano Van can be arranged on a daily 10h flat rate basis for €600/day including unlimited kilometers. This is by far the best rate you will find on the French Riviera.

The renown half-island of Cap Martin is a quick 10 minute drive from Monaco center and a 15 minute drive to the Italian border, with Ventimiglia and San Remo being the first cities you'll come across. In fact, the panoramic view you will have from the house looks onto the sea and coastline of, all of Menton, Bordighera and Vengtimiglia.

This is why you'll, not only, find the house very practically situated, but also this to be a very culturally vibrant area to live in, allowing you to engage in the many aspects of both, French and Italian southern cultures, in addition to the extravagant and glamorous atmosphere of Monaco.

"Not quite finished..."

When Michael, the owner, has completed the refurbishment of Villa Oceansound then this converted sea front villa will offer good holiday accommodation in Roquebrun (Menton). Meantime, the outside ja… More

I'm sorry you felt this way about your stay. It is true, at the time of your visit last summer we were having construction works being done after our summer season rentals but it is also why you received such an exception price for the room that you stayed in (one bedroom with en-suite bathroom, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, WiFi and a flascreen TV) which admittedly doesn't include a kitchen. But from the beginning, that wasn't part of your rental and is a feature that is reserved for renters who rented the whole villa or at least the main floor which includes a fully-equipped kitchen. The kitchen you are talking about is the basic summer kitchen for the pool area, which wasn't completed at the time of your stay.

I also understand your disappointment with having someone else live in the house during your stay but that is because you only rented one room and logically it didn't guaranty you complete exclusivity to the house. It is also the reason we have stopped renting the house in multiple units because as much as people want to pay a cheaper price and only rent the part of the house that they need (less than one quarter in your case), no one wants to share the house with other guests at the end of the day. This is obviously a problem from an economical point of view, which is why we are now only concentrating on delivering top end quality and only renting the villa in it's totality along with a cleaner that comes once a week.

Once again, I'm sorry for any inconveniences you seem to have experienced and I hope you will come visit the house again sometime to see all the changes we've made since and consider a future stay, even with the significantly raised prices.
