We offer fully furnished, self catering accommodation in the heart of the upmarket suburb of Rondebosch East.
The apatment has two bedrooms and can accommodate four guests. The kitchen is fully equipped. The TV room has Premium DSTV. The backyard has a park for the little ones. The unit is alarmed and has secure parking on the property for two cars. There are take–out places and other restaurants right round the corner. There is Steers, Debonairs, Zaika's and Tashreeqa's Coffee Shop as well as a Woolworths Foods and Spar Supermarket.
It is also minutes away from major shopping centres- Kenilworth Centre, Access Park, Cavendish Connect and Canal Walk at Century City which is one of the biggest shopping centres in the southern hemisphere..
Cape Town International Airport is 10 minutes away.
Other attractions are Table Mountain, Camps Bay Beach for tanning, Muizenberg for surfing, V & A Waterfront - from where you can take a ferry to Robben Island, UCT, Cape Town Stadium, Sahara Park for Rugby and Cricket matches.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Shanaaz (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
