Coach House Studio is an 18th Century brick building which has been beautifully refurbished by the owners and is located in a perfect location with breath-taking views over to Romney Marsh. Coach House Studio is set close to the Gusbourne Vineyard which produces delicious sparkling wines. This cottage is ideal for couples wanting to get away from it all! Close to the market town of Tenterden with Antique shops to browse in and the renowned Kent & Sussex Steam Railway that offers wonderful trips down to Bodiam Castle where an explore of this castle is a must with a cream tea afterwards!

Ground Floor

Entering the Coach House through the original door with its sandstone floor and into a lovely galleried kitchen with a table and chairs for two! The kitchen has an electric hob, microwave oven/grill, fridge and appliances. The window in the kitchen opens out to give you a view of the countryside whilst cooking.

The shower room is just off the kitchen by the front door and has a wonderful electric shower with b-folding doors, basin and WC. The washing machine is also located in the shower room.

First Floor

There is a wooden flight of stairs that lead up to the first floor living area, which is a large double height studio room. 5ft 'Feather and Black' luxury bed made up with 'White Company' linen, throws and bath robes. Exposed ceiling timbers, wooden floor covered with Kilim rugs, Lloyd Loom chair, sofa, coffee table and log burner make this a really cosy enjoyable place to stay. The large floor to ceiling window next to the wood burner gives you amazing views over to Romney Marsh. Flat screen TV and DVD player together with Cable Satellite and Wifi, hanging pegs and a chest of drawers finish this room off.

Outside

The front of the property has a cobbled private courtyard facing southeast, with an abundance of potted plants together with a Café styled table and chairs giving it that French café style feel! A great sun trap for relaxing, unwinding and reading in.
