The Lazio region is a very pleasant area, that enjoys a very mild weather throughout the year and clear blue skies in central Italy, no wonder the first settlers developed their civilisation into an empire. It enjoys a very mild weather throughout the year and clear blue skies.

What visitors often do not consider well enough is that Rome is not only a stunning historical city, but a city by the sea as Ostia's long sandy beaches are only 20km away from the city centre and can be easily reached by metropolitan railways. Apart from that. the Ostia antica archaeological site is absolutely special.

Moreover, feel like taking a dip in the middle of winter or pampering yourself? The 2,000 square-metre open air, monumental pool at Terme dei Papi in Viterbo (less than an hour drive from Rome) is filled with hot thermal water from the Bullicame font. Stepping into the warm vaporous waters during winter months is not only good for your health but it is also an exceedingly evocative experience.

Rates: Rental prices are in Euros. Longer stays or monthly rent negotiable. Cleaning service (for longer stays) 10 euros per hour. Checkout cleaning 35 euros.

Booking deposit: a 20% refundable deposit against loss or damage is required and should be forwarded a minimum of 2 weeks before arrival in order to secure the booking. This will be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

Changes: Dates can be changed up to 30 days before arrival and subject to availability.
