This is a lovely little-apartment right in the heart of Trastevere, located on the ground floor of a historical building, situated among characteristic alleys and picturesque piazzas. It is a perfect place for a holiday: the neighbourhood Trastevere is equivalent to Greenwich Village in New York and Montmartre in Paris.
The apartment includes:
A living room with a little dining room table, a double convertible sofa, chairs, shelves and a large wardrobe.
A bedroom with one double bed;
A small fully equipped kitchen with a 4 fire cook top, refrigerator-freezer, dish washer, cooking utensils and various kitchen furniture.
A bath-room with tub-shower, basin, bidet, WC, washing machine, hair dryer.
The apartment sleeps 2 to 4 people. There is central heating

In this country there are ancient ruins, wonderful examples of the roman civilization and of the others as the etruscan, famous churches and monuments, agreable beaches. A lot of the beauties of nature and of human works.

Our apartment is situated in the heart of Rome, that many people say : the finest city of the world.
The ancient roman monuments like the Colosseo and the Foro, the Christian basilicas, the Vaticano city with the St. Peter’s Cathedral, the most famous churches, the renaissance buildings, the celebrated fountains and squares, the musea with the best of ancient and modern art, are only an aspect of the city. Then there are typical neighbourhood like Trastevere, well-known restaurants and trattorie, fine streets where there are fantastic shops (Italian and French stylists), several libraries and art galleries.
The nightlife is happy and the atmosphere is quiet.
Rome’s climate is very fine. Mild in the winter, delight in the spring and in autumn, hot ( but not too hot) in the summer.

How to get there

This property is in the historical centre of Rome. Then it is well connected by train (Train station: Stazione Termini), Airlines (Fiumicino "Leonardo da Vinci" Airport and Ciampino Airport) and by car: all the main roads.
