Cosy apartment in a small building dating back to 1400, on the first floor with no lift. It is situated in Vicolo del Leopardo, Trastevere, one of the most ancient and characteristic areas of Rome. The apartment has been recently renovated to make it more comfortable and modern without, at the same time, changing its characteristics.
Although it is central, it is also very quiet because it is in a pedestrian area. The flat has easy access to all amenities and many restaurants, "trattoria" and pizzeria. Romantic getaway for couples and, at the same time, because of the double convertible-sofa bed, good for families.

How to get there
From CIAMPINO : Get the COTRAL bus from Ciampino. ( cost: 1.30 E ) Get off at ANAGNINA and get the metro A line in direction of BATTISTINI.(cost: 1.00 E) Get off at TERMINI and get the bus/tram line H ( dei Capasso), with the same ticket for 5 stops and get off a PIAZZA SONNINO/ SAN GALLICANO. Continue on foot and in 10 minutes you will reach the flat.
From Fiumicino: There is a train every 20 minutes (ticket, E 5,00) direction FARA SABINA or ORTE. It takes about 20 minutes to arrive to Rome. You have to get off the train at TRASTEVERE station and from there you have to take the bus number 8 ( Argentina), ticket E1,00 for six stops until you arrive to Piazza BELLI. Continue on foot and in 10 minutes you will reach the flat.
If you prefer, you can get a taxi from Ciampino or from Fiumicino ( cost: about 40/50 E) . For more information have a look at the website: www.adr.it

Further details indoors: It is 50 square metres composed of an entrance, a bright and airy lounge with a double convertible sofa, a bedroom with a king-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a tiny bathroom with shower. Furnished with antique furniture in harmony with the lovely wood, beamed ceiling, the apartment is complete with TV with satellite, DVD, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning and an independent heating system. In the flat there is a computer with free internet access, ADSL and WIFI system if you have your own computer.

Daily rates: there is a minimum 3 nights rental. E.100 for 2 people and a supplement of E. 25 for each additional person.
Weekly rates: 550 euro for 2 persons and a supplement of E 20 per night for each additional person.
Special price for families with two children under twelve: E.600.
All rates are inclusive of sheets, towels and final cleaning.

During Christmas and Easter holidays there is a 20% increase.
