This 75 square meters apartment is located in a building of Via Tirsio, a residential and elegant neighborhood near the Villa Borghese Gardens and the notorious Galleria Borghese. By foot, it is 20 minutes away from Veneto Street, Piazza del Popolo and the “Pincio”, where you'll have a look at one the most beautiful Piazzas in Rome. The district is well connected to other areas of Rome: the Vatican, St Peter Basilica and all historical sights are comfortably served by public transports (bus 19 and 63).
This location combines the advantages of a quiet residential neighbourhood and the proximity to the city centre. The apartment is at the 2nd floor, with elevator. This pleasant and luminous apartment is spaciously furnished with contemporary designs, and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. It consists of a wide living room, furnished with an elegant convertible sofa for 2 people, an armchair, a dining table for 6 people. There is also a balcony. In the corner there is a large and fully equipped kitchen: cook top, traditional oven, fridge and freezer, kettle, toaster etc.
The bedroom provides a king size double bed; the bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet.

Lazio is a region in the centre of Italy, birthday of the roman civilization. It's one of the italian regions that has the highest number of the tourists and the highest economic development rate.
In this country there are ancient ruins, wonderful examples of the roman civilization and of the others as the etruscan, famous churches and monuments, agreable beaches. A lot of the beauties of nature and of human works.

The Rome / Quartiere Trieste area

The city of Rome obtained the Villa Borghese from the Borghese family and the park was opened to the public. The 80 hectare/148 acres large park now featured wide shady lanes, several temples, beautiful fountains and many statues.
It is also home to several museums: The Museo and Galleria Borghese
One part of the museum, the Museo Borghese, has a collection of sculptures with some important works by Canova and Bernini, including the latter's 'abduction of Proserpina by Pluto'. The Galleria Borghese comprises a collection of paintings from several masters including Titian, Rubens and Raphael.
The Galleria Nazionale d'Arte Moderna is located at the grounds of the 1911 World Exposition. The museum has a collection of 19th and 20th century paintings. It contains mostly works from Italian artists.
Not far from the Galleria Nazionale d'Arte Moderna is the Museo Nazionale Etrusco. It displays a collection of pre-Roman objects, mostly Etruscan, excavated around Rome. The museum is housed in the Villa Giulia, a villa built in 1553 as the summer residence of pope Julius II.

An excellent appartment for a family of 4 persons, bright, quiet, combining the Roman style (a brick ceiling and a veranda that has a superb view to a garden and a palace) and modern elements in a very safe neighborhood. Ilaria was an excellent hostess, waiting for us in the middle of a Friday night and assisting us in a problem we faced. I would highly recommend it.

This is an lovely apartment in a great urban area. It has been renovated in great taste and it is well organized with new fixtures including a new clothes washer and dishwasher. The owner was extremely graceful and helpful. She provided us with a list of several good restaurants nearby, among them Bucavino in Via Po. The area is excellent: there is a vegetable market nearby, many grocery shops and a great bakery (Lucarelli) and pastry shop (Natalizi). You can go jogging in Villa Borghese or Villa Ada, and the nearby buses on Via Po and Viale Regina Margherita take you anywhere you want to go in Rome
