This Villa is a perfect family holiday rental. A small paradise set amongst pine trees and olive groves, perfect for that short break or long weekend. It is possible to book just a room for a few nights to give you the time to explore Rome or if you prefer you can reserve the whole Villa for perhaps a family reunion, group of friends, to celebrate a wedding, birthday or just any good reason for spending time in this wonderful place.

We will be able to provide balls, and a small children's play area for you, there are tennis courts nearby (1km) and we can arrange bookings for you. Restaurants and supermarkets are all approx 1km in Fornaccio, from the Villa, if you venture a little further then there is the main town of Genzano di Roma this is approx 2km away.
The Nemi lake has many activities on it, there is a golf course 20 mins drive away. the beach is a 30 mins drive and you will arrive to the beautiful seaside town of Marina di San Lorenzo and Tor San Lorenzo the beach there is part of a nature reserve and very beautiful and wild.

Past experience tells us that the last thing you want to do upon arrival is visit the supermarket.

All you have to do is send us your shopping requirements and we will make sure that this is in your holiday home upon your arrival. Whether it is a crate of wine, a full weekend shop, or a pack of nappies and baby food it will be there waiting for you. The cost is 20 euros at the time of booking and then the cost of the shopping, which is payable upon arrival.

I enjoyed my stay at the villa very much. It was very unique because of its forest-like setting, its proximity to Rome (only about 35 minutes drive) and the wonderful little towns around it.
I love how the owners left all the trees around the property. It makes some rooms a little darker but more importantly it provides shade.
There is even a distant view of the sea! Superb!

you for your help and everything was so well arranged. You where a big part
in making our weekend so great. The drivers that always where on time,
polite and helpful. One of the most fantastic things was the vineyard,
wonderful people, wine and wonderful lunch. I will recommend the Villa to
all my friends.

Review Title : 361953 - "Relaxing break in lovely villa"
"The Villa is in a brilliant location on the SS7 from Rome. Easy to find and close to Genzano which we enjoyed visiting for a meal in the evening. (Approx 10mins walk away.) The house is exactly as illustrated and described and we were sorry not to be able to use the lovely pool as it was January. The bedrooms are pretty and comfortable and the main ones are mini suites, one with large south facing balcony and views over the surrounding countryside.
Nemi, close by was also pretty but many bars and restaurants are closed for the winter. We did find the Hotel Piccolo and had a lovely meal.
There is a large free car park at Arco di Travertino which is close to the Metro A line and convenient for a day in Rome.
We were sorry to leave the house and would recommend to anyone. Would love to re-visit. "
